|Theresa ||Kirchners - Howells Cemetery, NY|
I was in the Howells Cemetery this afternoon and had some luck finding Kirchners. (It was literally freezing out today, so once I had pictures of the "main family" I knew you were looking for, plus one other Kirchner I found, I gave up and retreated to the warmth of my car. I'll go back another day and see if I can find Jurgens and more Kirchners.)
I wanted to give you some sense of how the stones and names are grouped in the photos I posted since they're not all clear:
Kirchner family stone - this is the one big stone, and along the base, the family members' names and dates are inscribed. A couple of interesting things to note: Floreen's dates are on one side and say "1944-1936" - that's not just an error, but a physical impossibility! Fred Jr's date of birth is listed as 1909 on the big stone but 1908 on his smaller stone. Sophie and Fred Sr's names and dates are inscribed on the back of the base, but I didn't see a smaller stone for them like I did with the others.
In front of the big family stone, there is a row of smaller headstones, from left to right as follows:
Floreen is the only one listed on her headstone.
Christian and Mary's names are listed on one headstone and grouped together on the big family stone, so I presume they were husband and wife (but will leave that to you to link if you confirm it.)
Elizabeth and Fred Jr's names are listed on one headstone and grouped together on the big family stone - again, presuming they are husband and wife.
And then there is Ruth Kirchner. I did not find her with the other Kirchners; she was down the hill and facing the other direction. She's a bit of a mystery - her stone says "beloved wife" but there is no sign of a husband buried nearby.
I hope this helps, and if this leads to any other clues and you need to find someone else in the cemetery, please just let me know.

Both of the grave stone list the name as Tatham but the cemetery records reflect Tathum. Very odd. Maybe the engraver made a mistake
