|Janet||Addie Jackson Godfrey|
Sue: I am the greatgranddaughter of Addie Godfrey's son Maxcy Gregg Godfrey. Several of us have been searching for more information regarding Addie and her family.
Family legend is that she was either full or partial native American.
Do you have any information regarding this you'd like to share?

Sue, received your request to link family members. It seems you are related so I am going to transfer the memorial to you to make the additions. Have a blessed day.

THANKS! I've updated their pages and credited you. Love the photo!!! I noticed I had her death year as 1937 and you have it as 1939. Do you know which is correct? I've requested tombstone photos of both. Thanks again!

You are welcome. It was a pleasure to photograph Samuel's tombstone. But foremost it is a privilege to pay homage to ancestors who served and died for their beliefs.
