|Mark Regulski||SAMUEL P. SNYDER|
I have been researching my wife's family tree (and mine as well). Samuel P. Snyder is a Great-Great Grandfather of my wife. We were just wondering if you are related. Do you happen to know where he died? I can't locate a PA death certificate for him. I also located his father's grave on here, but not his mother's. His father was Jacob H. Snyder and his mother was Phebe (maiden name unknown). Samuel's wife was Mary Ellen Bressler (died 1917). I located a death certificate for her. Samuel can be found on the 1920 census, remarried to someone named Anna I. (maiden name unknown). I couldn't find a record of this marriage. There are several Samuel Snyder listings on the 1930 census (even a Samuel P. Snyder, that I don't think is the same person). I can't say for certain which of them is him. I didn't locate any in Snyder county in 1930.

I was doing some research on the Goodling family buried at the above-referenced cemetery, and you have it listed as being located in Mount Pleasant, Juniata County. I can find no such location but do find a Mount Pleasant Mills in Snyder County. I have done a Google search on the cemetery as well and all point to this being located in Mount Pleasant Mills in Snyder County.
What is it that I am missing or do your records need to be fixed?

|Brian J. Ensley||Stuck Family (Berlin, PA)|
This may be a long shot, but I did some work on the Stuck family here in Berlin, PA for an older gentleman named Bill Stuck from Kansas. Are you related to him by chance? He and I used to talk on the phone from time to time. He wrote a letter in 2012 and I answered, but didn't hear back. If you're not related, sorry.
Thank you for your time!

Thank you for the feedback. I find tracing your ancestors a fascinating hobby. I tried a while back but hit a road block until I started searching on here. My grandmother gave me alot of the names, which I did find on here as well. The house kind of looks like the old abandoned house at the four way in Richfield across from county line when coming from oriental to richfield, the back way. Was wondering if it was the same one or not?

Hi Tiffany. I am new to find a grave! Maybe we are related some how. Lula m Hoffman was my great grandmother(William fosselmans mother), which he is my grandfather. Thanks for you posts I now got the names of my great, great, great, great grandparents up to George Hoffman who lived from (1809-1894). I am just curious to where that house is located that you have on the page. It looks so familiar! Thanks!

I'd like to know the street/road location and township of Daniels-Saint Thomas UMC Cemetery (Snyder Co, PA). Supposedly it's near Strouptown but on www.wikipedia.com there is no record of such town.
I do transcriptions of Civil War soldiers graves; there are 3 in this cemetery.

Thank you for the correction regarding the Heintzelman duplicate.
The book is out of my price range! A lot of it, however, can be found on the net ... I've copied material from it regarding the 208th.

Hi Tiffany - I have a photostat copy of the Wagenseller tombstone book that a friend did for me years ago; but I just wanted to mention that it is known to have lots of errors (meaning mostly typos). So use it cautiously.
