I am trying to document the relationship between Tristram and his son John P Deuel for a lady who is desirous f joining DAR. She has nothing and I can find nothin. Am looking for a Bible record or something else for the documentation. Perhaps as a direct relative you can help or make a suggestion as to wher I can look.

Hello, I am researching Harriet Deuel who married Daniel Pomeroy, my great grandfather. Harriet was from Erie County, NY, Dabiel was from Niagara NY. I think Harriet was also known as Hattie and her father was Ira, who was a hotel keeper perhaps in Hamburg, NY. Harriet was born about 1832. I welcome any information you wish to share. Martha

I see that you posted a photo to the cemetery page for the Stewart Cemetery in Hartland, NY. I was wondering if you could tell me how to find it - I've found references to it, but nothing that says just where it is.
Thanks so much.

|Manitoub||John Turner Foster|
I was wondering where the photo of John Turner Foster came from. It looks like it was a print from a book. I have seen this print before but never any source for it. Would you know the source?
I am trying to prove his parentage. Thanks

Shelly & Bob,
Nice to see someone researching the Teeter line. I live in Rochester and do Teeter research for my son-in- law, Dan Updike, a Teeter descendant, who lives in Holley. Here's one of the more interesting Teeters, Conrad Teetor (Find A Grave memorial #63086134. Later this spring I'll be going back to Wilkes Barre to make impressions of is headstone and several others in plot 552.

|Sue Herbine||RE: Savidges - Pine Grove in Berwick|
To be honest at this time I do not know if related or not. I am working on documenting the entire cemetery as a service to others however one of my Hilemans married into the Savidge line but so far it does not seem to connect. Do you have any thoughts on a connection. Henry Wilford Savidge son of George and Catherine Raker Savidge and husband of Gertrude Hileman. Also I only count 4 in Pine Grove am I missing something. Sue

Shelly and Bob,
Thank you for searching for the stone. The 1930 DAR recorded the stone at that time, but I corresponded with a woman who had read the cemetery a few years ago and she did not find it either.
All the best,

Thank you for trying to find the stone. I know how difficult it is to read old stones and then come up empty handed. I appreciate all of your help.

You once again have done a great job of taking photographs for me.
The group shots of all the headstones in the same plot really help establish the family relationships.

|Paul Sutton Kamalsky||RE: Williams stones - Palmyra Cemetery|
You're very welcome. You can credit that mainly to the quality of the stones. Geo Williams was in construction and I expected to find a fine monument. That was really more than I expected. It's kind of odd that the footstones don't match the monument
