RE: Majestics in San Borromeo
I actually had met Mrs. Majestic through her work with the Gardiner Library, so it was a pleasure to do this for you.

I was able to take a photo of her marker today, and posted it. I also set up memorials for several other Majestics at that cemetery, including her husband Frank.

William Koelling
I am adding the photo we think is of the headstone for William Koelling. The first name is no longer legible and he dates are not quite the same. The stone says Father 1845-1926. On the opposite side of the stone it says Nannie Wife of W.M. Koelling
Born Dec. 27, 1847 Died Jan. 12, 1920. Next to this stone is a headstone that says William L. Koelling Son of W. & (N or M) Koelling Born Oct. 15, 1889 Died Mar. 27, 1901

If you do not think this is the correct stone for the William Koelling you are looking for let me know and I will remove the photo.

Here is what the headstone says in case you have a hard time reading it. It took me awhile to figure out it was even hers the way it is written.

WIFE OF PRESTON E. KOELLING. DAUGHTER OF J.L. AND LORENA NICKS. MINNIE LEE KOELLING WAS BORN OCTOBER. 17. 1892. DIED APRIL.27.1917

Cleveland Calvary Request
Just a friendly mid June reminder that we need plot info to fill your Cleveland Calvary request(s). We have less than 500 requests left but plot info for only 6% of those, having already filled the rest with plot info. We can't ask for plot info for more than 3 requests per week. Please call (216) 641-7575 and obtain plot info. We'd really appreciate it and will fill your request(s) soon after getting plot info. Thank you!

Is it possible James was burried at the Elgin memorial Cemetery? I have run into this problem before the Cemeterys are less than a mile apart on the same stretch of road. I go by there on almost a daily basis. I will stop and check this week. Elgin Memorial is relatively new and small since the Old Elgin Cemetery is full Unless you already have a plot purchased there.

I've posted the headstone picture for Garrett, but you might find the memorial missing in a few days.

I have an agreement with Lone Tree to repost the pictures on their website to the Find A Grave site. Find A Grave is also aware of the agreement and approved.

But for some reason MS Davis has taken exeception to my posting these pictures and she has in the pass deleted every memorial to which I attach a picture. All I can do is re enter the information which I do.

This is just a heads up for you.

Calvary
You've put in request(s) at Calvary in Cleveland. Several of us are working to clear the more than 730 requests. With 400,000 burials and 300 acres, if you could please obtain plot information AND a plot map one of us will be more likely to be able to fill the request, as the office will only give out a little information to each person. The office phone number is (216) 641-7575. On my page I have the plot maps listed that we already have.

You can try to tell them you'll be visiting when they're closed, etc. So far everyone who's called has been successful in having a map mailed. If you get one let me know and I'll give you my e-mail address. With thousands of graves per section a plot map would be VERY helpful. Without plot information it's basically impossible.

Thanks!

Picture needed
Would you put a picture of the tombstone for 99924517, Thomas Manning? You already have the picture and have posted it under his wife's memorial 57901238. Or would it be all right if I copied and pasted it? Bill (bpowers10@hotmail.com)

Hi,

I went looking for some requests in Fox Hill Cemetery in Billerica, MA. You had requested a picture for the grave of Philip Tumminelli. I found one that I believe is for his parents, Philip & Annette. I looked, but didn't see one for their son. Would you like the one that I have?

Myrna Z
Because Jennie Z. and George Theo C.'s headstones were very very close together, I thought they might be related, i.e., ?? husband and wife ?? and perhaps her headstone was engraved with her maiden name. I thought this because their birth and death dates were somewhat close in years. (That's why I took a picture of George's headstone.) -- Myrna does not yet have a headstone. Her grave is in line with Joseph's grave, so maybe they were buried in the same plot together. I'll go back in a month or so and see if a headstone is placed with Myrna's name on it. - Her obituary is in the Boston Globe, if you'd like to see it. Aug. 28 or 29 I think.

Joseph Zaffina Photo
I went last week to photograph Joseph A. Zaffina's grave marker (Granite Ave., Lot 5052, Grave 11) for you. I learned that Joseph's wife, Myrna Zamanakos Zaffina, had recently passed away and her burial had taken place a day or two before I arrived (Granite Ave., Lot 5052, Grave 10). I took a picture of the flowers laid at Myrna's grave. I returned today to take the pictures you requested. I also took pictures for: George ("Theo") Cotsopoulos and Jennie Zamanakos - and Fay Zamanakos Clough. Do you want those pictures, too? They all seem to be of the same family.
