RE: James h watts
Are you researching Wall or Walls? I forgot Bob's last name is Walls. Here is his e-mail if you think
you might want to contact him:

Yes, notebook picture is gone. Thanks for your cooperation. I have had "booboos" also and was fortunate to have a mentor Bob Wall of Genessee Co. MI., help me out when I made the "big one". Ha!

RE: James H. Watts
This has happened to other people before and only the person who put picture on the memorial or Find A Grave can erase it. I can't erase picture even though I am the creator of James H. Watts memorial number.
Don't PANIC you can do it.
Click on the picture and it might tell you some options you might have.
One is DELETE. Click on it and see if it will delete the picture?
I have made a copy of the Memorial so it won't be lost.
Another option if you can't do it is I will have to delete the whole memorial of James H. Watts and re-enter it. Other option is to write to Find A Grave and they can erase your notebook picture.
Good Luck! Let me know of your success!

Was it possible you had some Endicott's in Warren Co., IL?

RE: James H. Watts
He was the son of James Watts of Ionia Co., MI. and Elizabeth Ellen Lathrop, Foster, Watts, Macklin.
Elizabeth Ellen Macklin was my great grandmother. She was born in Henderson Co., IL. If this helps?
You go into Find A and put in James H. Watts with the Memorial number that I gave you.
Very easy, you can delete the notebook picture. Press delete picture button and it will be gone. If you are still having trouble I can write Find A and they will do it.

James H. Watts
Hi Patricia
Would you please see the picture you downloaded on
James H. Watts #83894336 in Find A my grandfather's 1/2 brother.
I think you will probably want to delete it since it is a picture of "notebooks"?
Thank you,
Diane L. Webb

Lydia Blanks Clardy
And, hurry and go to that link I sent! Lydia (Blanks) Clardy died in 1913 in Sweetwater. The death certificate information shows her parents to be Zeno Blanks and Marie Withers. Here is the info. You can go to the link I'm showing below (after you register) to view the image:

Name: Lydia Clardy
Event Type: Death
Event Date: 06 Jan 1913
Event Place: Sweetwater, Nolan, Texas, United States
Gender: Female
Marital Status: Widowed
Birth Date: 25 Jul 1834
Birthplace: , Kentucky
Father's Name: Zeno T Blanks
Mother's Name: Marie Withers
Certificate Number: 2030

GS Film number: 2050885 , Digital Folder Number: 005145365 , Image Number: 00548

It shows she died of influenza, but it doesn't show a burial place.

There are Withers family members buried in the Sweetwater area, so you may be off onto another "rabbit hunt"!

Again, happy hunting!!!

Hi, Patricia. Of course you can use the data from anything I post on Find-a-Grave! The death certificate information is from (Latter Day Saints) and all their information is FREE! You just have to register to view images. I've been registered with them for years and have never had a problem with anything---they don't send spam and don't sell email address. It's a terrific genealogy help! You should register immediately and start using their resources. After you register, you can access Texas Death Certificates at this link: Go for it, girl!!! Happy hunting!

Yes you may, you can pretty well follow the yellow brick road that I laid out for her and the family.

I hope I have many of the family all connected.

RE: Hattie Ella Clapp
It would have been a lot easier if you had used the edit system, since at first I thought you were just thanking me for a photo.

Then I looked and saw that the parents were buried in the same cemetery. So I have made links and added her maiden name.

Please use the edit system next time. It ensures that I get the proper records corrected.

Re: Malvern Clapp -- stone definitely lists first name this way...hopefully the stonemason spelled it right. I've added spouse info and linked but you might 'edit' her memorial as well as I don't have stewardship of it.

Thanks for the info you were able to provide.
