|Carole J. Gardner||Lula Dawson|
Hello, I was doing some work for Normanda Cemetery in Tipton County, and it led me to your records for Lula Dawson at Oak Hill Cemetery. Looks like you have inadvertently created two records for this individual. One is #94470110 and the other is #94470110. Both were created on the same day...one of those late work nights, I'm sure.
Just thought I would let you know so you could delete one of the records. Thanks so much! If you have any questions, please contact me.

Again, my thanks for all of your contributions to the Find a Grave community. Your entries have been helpful to so many of us. And, I appreciate your transfer of the Andrew Taylor memorial. Best wishes!

|LoSalma||Old Epworth Cemetery|
I am trying to determine if the "Infant Holder" listed on the list of internments for the old Epworth Cemetery was my third cousin. I don't see him/her on the rosters I have found online, and I am wondering if you would let me know your source of this information. Thanks for your help!

Hi Helen, Thank you for adding her memorial to Find A Grave, however her last name is not correct and someone has set up memorial #133536322, which has been linked with her spouse and children. This one should be deleted. Thanks for all the work you continue to do, much appreciated. Lavelle

|Heather ||Martha Jane Marlett|
hi, I just sent a request to put in Martha Jane's maiden name. It didn't let me tell you how I know it- she is a distant relative (3rd great grand aunt) and I have a letter from her husband, John James Marlett, giving her family history, as well as documentation from my great grandmother (her great niece?). Thanks for all you do.

I will tell you what I can. Her father was Walter Walker. He came from somewhere in Virginia . Her stepmothers name was Luela. That is abvout all I know about them. According to the obit for Elsie she was born in Gladys, Virginia. She has a memorial on Find A Grave. Elsie M Walker Todd. Hope this will help.
This is Elsie's fathers' obit from the Henderson Library Obituary Finder

Couldn't find an obit for Luela but seem to remember there being one in the Evansville Courier I believe. Must have been between 1976 & 1980 she was in Indiana when she passed I think.

Thank you for the kind words. I am not working on the Todds. I knew Mr Todd thru his wife's father and step mother. From all I knew of him, he was a good person. He was always there to see after Elsie's step mother after her husband passed. I am sure there was a special place in heaven for him. Good luck with the research.

Are you related to the Geary / Gary family from Spencer County, Indiana? I am looking for relatives of Cordelia Allensworth and James D. Geary / Gary.

#80335322; I have seen so many different middle names for Camillus C. Evans and all of them are wrong. I found a land grant that spelled his name out as Camillus Chesterfield Evans. I don't have a clue where Chesterfield came from, but this is the only document that I have found in 50 years with his full name written out.

Thank you for your quick reply. Here is the link to her cemetery site. I also searched in the Oak Hill cemetery under Pickhardt and she and several other Pickhardt came up. http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GSln=PIC&GSpartial=1&GSbyrel=all&GSst=17&GScntry=4&GSsr=2561&GRid=80742828&
I do not live in southern Indiana and I would appreciate knowing of these sites you mention. I have learned alot of all the Pickhardts in the Indiana area. We live in Florida.
Thank you again,

I want to thank you for all the hard work you are doing. I am also a volunteer so I know what goes into this. We believe that Emila Pickhardt is actually Augustina Pickhardt. This is my husband's first cousin 3x removed. I am not sure if Emila is her middle name, but the dates are exactly and we do not have anyone else by that name as it is spelled. I have found several relatives who have been buried under another name, either middle name or a name they have changed from and known now as. Sometimes it can be hair raising. If there is any possibility to find out if her name is on the marker as Augustine, that would be so appreciated. I have been in the process of trying to find most of the ancestors burial sites.
