RE: Berg stone
Carolina and Infant boy Berg are on the same stone, opposite sides. Who would the Carolina Berg be at the other cemetery in town?? Her side of the stone is very clear as you can see, whereas I had to do some cleaning on the baby's side of the stone to make it readable.

I will get a photo of the church as soon as I can and then post it onto both sites. It may take a couple weeks as I have company coming now for a week or so.

RE: Berg stone
Glad you found it. The church and cemetery is out in the country on a high ridge above two valleys or coulees as we call them in this part of God's world. It is absolutely beautiful with farms surrounding the quiet little white church and its cemetery. Would you like a photo of the church too, for your site? I know there is another church by the same name in town a couple miles away. Am not sure why, as this little church seems to be an active parish.

RE: Berg stone
Here I am again: I checked again and it seems the one site for Carolina Berg, dated July 5, 2013, the one I created is the only one on Find a Grave. I even put a flower down at the bottom for her. Let me know how to find the other one you have seen, ok? This is the first one I ever created so maybe I did something wrong. Thanks. Kris

RE: Berg stone
Then there must be two sites for Caroline, as I created one based on info on the stone. I had entered her name first in the search window and found no site for her. My name is Kris Betz, so that would be on the one I created. If you do not see it, I wonder where it is.???? :)

Berg stone
Hi Yvonne --- Uploaded the photo to your Infant Berg page. On the same stone, I found inscription for a Carolina Berg and took a photo of it. Since it had no page on Find a Grave, I created one and uploaded the stone photo. She is probably a relative to your Infant Berg, the son of William and Clara Berg. Feel free to take over that page and edit it as you wish. I am thinking she may be a sister to William.????
Hope I did well by you.
Kris

RE: Updating memorials
Go to any memorial on find a grave and right click your mouse anywhere on the page. When the window opens, scroll down to save as.....There will be another window that opens that shows where you want to save it at. Just click save. See if that little box opens up. It sounds like your brower needs an update. Do you allow auto updates on your computer? Try that and see. I assume that the box you can check to send yourself the email is gone.....This could bring it back.

RE: Updating memorials
Hi Yvonne, Good to hear from you. I just tried with a memorial and it shows the box to check for sending me a copy of the email? Is your computer always turned on or do you restart your computer when you use it? If not I would shut down your computer and restart it and see if it changes or if it is just to the memorial you are working on.

Thanks for looking for James, after doing some checking, I think he should be in Caledonia and have sent a correction to have him moved. Again, thanks for your time.

Burial Unknowns
Since Burial Unknowns are only allowed temporarily when the burial location will be found out and added within 30 days, there are people who will then "plop" those unknowns in any cemetery, then when someone does find their actual location, "move" them (by simply editing the Burial Location on the memorial) and request that the newly-added "duplicate" be removed.

I found it hard to believe that anyone would do that, but I've seen it happen numerous times. Thankfully they are a very small minority--and I do hope that all the rest of us working together can force them to clean up their acts.

Boyntons in Prospect Hill
I have received SACs recently about duplicates, but am not sure if it was in this cemetery. I suspect there may have been duplicate cemeteries which got merged.

Anyway, I sure don't remember deleting Charles recently--but he's definitely not there now, so feel free to add him.

RE: Galveston Memorial Park Cemetery
I just found out a tad more of info. Arthur L Whittington was moved from section I to Section Q near his son, That has to be where Florence is also.. I am going to try to go by there today. It is only a few miles away and it is a beautiful day. I have acess to Galveston Daily news archives, that is how I found the obit for Florence. I also have copies from 1942-1962 burials at Galveston Memorial Park, that give me easy acess to the info..

Ervin Lee Whittingotn died 4-6-51 and is buried at Galveston Memorial Park, Section Q, Lot 320 , grave 3.
According to her obituary Florence Claire Whittington died Thursday 11-23-1995 in St. John's Hospital in Tulsa Ok. She was dedicated wife, mother, and Lvn and charter member of West End Baptist Church in galveston. Survived by daughter Florence Nina Gulley of Sand Springs, Ok, and sons Arthur D of College Station and Bernard, Benny F of Sand Springs, 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.Paul bearers were Dale Rogers, Paul Rogquet, Larry Whittington, Kurt Taeger, Adam Ewert and Geo Estrada. Burial was at Galveston Memorial Park. I tried to copy it but was unable to. I would bet she is buried in the same section as her son.. Her husband Arthur who died 111-21-1948 is buried in Section I, lot 47, grave 6.

Best Wishes,
Karen

Marion Raymond
I posted a new memorial page for Joseph C. Raymond and added your headstone photo to it. Joseph Raymond was Marion's father-in-law. I added a short bio. of Joseph Raymond. Joseph's son Ernest Chandler Raymond was Marion's husband. They lived in Newcastle, WY where Ernest was a lawyer and judge. Ernest Raymond was buried in Newcastle next to his second wife.

RE: Raymong Photo
Yvonne,

I corrected the order of the photos listed on Marion Raymond's memorial page. I would love it if you would remove Joseph Raymond's headstone photo. It does not belong on Marion's memorial page. Marion's father-in law Joseph Raymond does not have a memorial page. I copied his headstone image and would be willing to make a memorial page for the Raymonds. Are you related to the Raymond family?
