Whittle Headstone Photo
THANK YOU so much for this, I only had a very blurry photo of my great-grandparents headstone, this one is truly lovely! May I use your photo for my public family tree? Of course I will credit you and findagrave for providing it. Thanks for your consideration, but mostly for providing a marker I can read, thank you, thank you! ~Lisa

OH, and would you be so kind to also add it to Bessie's memorial. I will take down my blurry version! You added to John's memorial 114296839. Bessie's is Memorial# 54258246.

Thank you so much for the wonderful photo in Graniteville Cemetery.

Since Beulah has a double marker, I now know where her spouse, James Jeptha Couch, is buried.

I just created memorial 118114586 for James. Will you, pretty please, add your wonderful photo to his memorial?

Thank you and bless you for all you do.

Thank you so much for the photo in Graniteville Cemetery. You are doing much good in the world.

Have you thought of adding a small bunch of artificial flowers to your cemetery kit? Then you put them on unmarked graves before you take the photo.

Happy Easter

wonder if Pickens is a nickname for Pinckney?

Added by genieresearcher on Mar 07, 2013 7:58 PM

Pickens Posey
I sent an SAC two months ago to the contributor with no response so had to send an edit request to findagrave: He is Preston Pinckney Posey
son of Daniel Posey and Ellender "Nellie" Sanders.
Preston Pinckney served in Civil War, Confederate, Private, Company D, 14th Regiment, SC Infantry. Surrendered with his unit at Appomattox 1865.
He appears on 1880 census, birth year abt 1834, married to Ellen CROUCH, whom he married in 1857.

Posey headstone photos
Hi Angela, thanks for more photos at Graniteville. Could you read the dates on Pickens stone? I can't read them and am trying to get the contributor to add dates. thank you very much AGAIN!

Posey and Dean family photos
What a busy beaver you have been. Double, triple thank you for the wonderful photos you took in Graniteville Cemetery for me.

They each are a treasure and you are too. Best wishes

Thanks Angela, I'll put through some photo requests for Posey family members. You posted one for John Martin and you'll see there are several children linked to him. Is the cemetery list you have in PDF format? If so surely wish I could get a copy of it. DO you have a source perhaps?

Posey's at Graniteville
Angela, WOW! that was fast! you must have had a pleasant weather day to walk around the cemetery. So delighted you found so many of this Posey family. Did you take any others that you saw for which I could put in photo requests that you could then fill perhaps? I am looking for Preston Arthur Posey d1862 and his wife Sarah Ann Posey died 1880 if you ever come upon them. Let me know if you'd like me to put in more requests for Graniteville. Great job! good photos and very much appreciated! thanks for your time to do this!

RE: Nodie Nathaniel and Gilliann Salter
Bless you. I am sure "Ann" is a nickname for Gilliann. No hurry on the new photo--it is Christmas, you know.

Merry Christmas and Happy 2013

Nodie Nathaniel and Gilliann Salter
Thank you so much for the photos in Graniteville Cemetery.

I do not think the photo you posted to Gilliann's memorial 101684901 is the correct one because "Gilliann" is a first name and "Gillion" appears to be a maiden name or middle name.

Beatrice died nine years before Gilliann is reported to have died. What do you think?

Best wishes and Merry Christmas
