RE: Hanks, Knight, Rush
Niccy, thank you so much for replying to my note. Most excited. First contact with that part of my family!! Would you please ask your husband who might have any family photos and if they are online and would talk to me? Thank you so very much. Sincerely Carolyn

Hanks, Knight, Rush
Dear Niccy,

Are you related to these lines in Wayne Co, Iowa?
If so, do you have pictures that you would be willing to share? I do not have any pictures of this side of my family at all.

I am the granddau of Zelphia Ross Leverich, dau of Lucile Rush Ross, who was dau of Estella Hanks Rush, who was dau of Keziah Knight Hanks and Isaac George aka IG Hanks. I would be so interested in any photos of the families.

Sincerely

Carolyn Leverich Atkinson

RE: Link William Dorschel to Lucas Dorschel
Niccy,
I'd be happy to share a copy of the Dorschel
genealogy. I just need a mailing address and
a little patience. You can contact me privately
at vajradakini13@gmail.com, so that doesn't
become public information. And your husband
is a generation younger than I am, so I'm
guessing a descendant of Isabella Kersten
Ferguson or Leland Kersten. I have a lot
more that hasn't been written up yet. I've been
researching the family in Wisconsin since I
knew so little about them. They have turned
out to be way more interesting than I expected. There is much to come. I'd be happy to share. Theresa in Davis, California

RE: Link William Dorschel to Lucas Dorschel
Niccy,
It's nice to meet you and your husband. Which of William's children is he a descendent of?
I've been hoping to find family members who
descend from Oscar L. Dorschel. I suspect that
you have Querin Dorschel's genealogy. I've done
a lot more research and have a lot to share. Let me know if you are interested. Theresa

Link William Dorschel to Lucas Dorschel
Niccy,
I'm in process of tracking and adding all the
Dorschels, and will get them all linked up
eventually. I'm gathering newspaper articles
and stories as I go. I wasn't sure if Find
A Grave had any rules about linking people
who are buried a distance away. My latest
project is finding the paperwork for Gerhard
Kersten and his wife Louisa Dorschel Kersten,so
that I can get their data entered. They are
buried in Oakland, CA. Are you a descendent?
Theresa

That would be awesome, thank you so much. His mother would be my 7th gen great aunt. My F.A.G. number is 47151371.

I don't know too much about the Johns family; however, I have a plethora of info on the Bradford's.

Regards,

Hi,

You seem to have posted photos of my g-grandmother and others in my family - I think we may be related! :-)

Alwina's daughter Irma Amelia was my grandmother. Anyway, I would love to hear from you. My mother, Irma's daughter, and I are planning to put together all the old family photos for scanning soon. I also have a database of our family history you might find of interest. I'll be sure to post any relevant photos and details soon.

Looking forward to chatting,

Barbara Munson
RE: Paul Mouchon memorial
That address (V Myrtle Hawthorne Cedar) means he's in the vault on Myrtle street between Hawthorne & Cedar streets, so it was very easy to find. I've been to those vaults many times looking for people, but there are very few markers still intact. The photo I posted is of the vaults, I just don't know which one he's in.

RE: Gilbert SCHOEL
I've updated the photos for Gilbert and his wife Fern. Are you researching the Schoel family in Cheyenne?

Gilbert SCHOEL
I will be uploading a photo to Gilbert SCHOEL's memorial per your request. Our cemetery is covered in snow at this time and Gilbert's stone is level with the ground and covered with snow & ice. The stone is hard to read with the ice covering it, so when our weather improves, I will take a better picture of his stone which also includes Fern SCHOEL and post it to their memorials.
