Can you believe all of these Thompson and they are not connected? Ishams obit said he was born 1835 in IL of TN born parents. Cannot find them. Do not know their name, but the James and Rachael that some Thompson ancestry has on their tree is wrong. If I see yours roaming around I will holler but as far as I know mine did not go south...

I was born a Thompson many moons ago. My great grand father Isham Marion Thommpson was born in IL in 1835 to unknown parents from TN. Do you find me in your database. Isham and wife are buried in Bixby cemetery, Tulsa county OK...

|Sandy Hulsey||RE: Find A Grave Memorial# 83443221|
I remember taking the photo and I am 100% sure that P.H.Canup is at Pleasant Grove. I did this as a request so he is suppose to be there. I believe that the other find a grave member took many pictures and added it to the wrong cemetery. I remember the head stone is very close to the rear corner of the church. Hope this was of some help.

If you go to cemeterycensus.com, you'll find photos of all gravestones in Sparrow/Mt Caramel Church Cem. You'll see one there for Charlie and Nonie Blackwood.

|Jane Ayres||RE: Garland Allen Page|
Take a look at my home page, especially the messages from Katie Grimmett. I just went back into Find A Grave and added back the family members that had either been deleted or their photos deleted. Did you see that Katie added back Garland and Lilly Rudeseal photos? She is a gem.
Here in Athens, I found a headstone that had sunk and been covered with dirt through the years. The wife's headstone was barely visible. The caretaker removed the dirt so that the headstones looked nice and I was able to get good pictures. I'm a novice at this but get tips that help. Katie's tip of looking at the hardy url helped me locate several family members. Thanks for adding the info to Garland.

I have one more request. Will you please add Tabitha Hope Baird Page to Garland? Her Find A Grave is 105017342. I haven't located her husband's burial. His great grandparents are also buried in Shiloh. Jane Baird Ayres

|Jane Ayres||RE: Garland Allen Page|
Garland was married to Lily Mae Rudeseal. Check out Arkansas gravestones.org. I think I saw their joint headstone picture on that website. It's such a shame for someone to remove all that info or not transfer the account to a relative.

|Jane Ayres||Garland Allen Page|
I have just added Tabitha Hope Baird Page, Garland's mother back to Find A Grave. Her new Find A Grave Memorial# 105017342. She and my grandfather, Holcomb Walker Baird,Sr., were siblings. I notice that there is no longer a picture of Garland's headstone. I'm pretty sure there once was one on Find A Grave. I understand that any photos or burial info was removed by Annie 202 and that she can no longer be contacted. I'm having Katie Grimmett take a picture of Tabitha's headstone for me. She said she planned to be at the cemetery on the 18th to put flowers on her grandfather's grave. Do you know where Bryant Allen Page is buried? I like to tie up loose ends. If you know that any of my info is wrong, please let me know, so I can correct it. Jane Baird Ayres

Thanks so much for all the work you have done. I hit payload when I found Elbert's gravesite. All the children listed are indeed listed on the 1880 census except there are about three more children. Robert Blackwood is one of them. He is buried at Crossroads Cemetery in West Point, memorial #39731588. I think they also had a son, Ransom?, and a daughter Eliza Jane or Elizabeth Jane. I don't have any specific info on them.

|al ray||RE: Johnnie Blackwood Rudeseal|
He is definitely buried at the Old Mud Creek cemetery. It's maybe a mile down the road from the current Mud Creek Church, the location of the newer Mud Creek cemetery. The picture of Julia's marker didn't turn out very well, I'll try to get a better one next time I'm in the area.
