Transferred mgmt to you. Have fun tracking it all down. When you connect Walter, let me know and I'll pass him on to you as well. :-)

RE: Photo Request Fulfillment
You are welcome. Perhaps you can figure out where Bertha Herrmann fits in, and whether or not Walter L Elliott is related. The 3 stones sit next to each other and are identical. Glad to help.

RE: Guild
Thank you to referring me to Guild Family history book. I found Daniel Guild and his family in there. I also found a marriage record for his second wife Sally Ann Howe. She did marry Stephen Tobias after Daniel passed away. That was in an old Grand Rapids Daily Eagle News marriage record listed in the Michigen genweb project.
Sally Ann Howe Guild Tobias and her husband Stephen Tobias are buried in the Cascade Cemetery in Michigan, and that listing was in the Michigan genweb also. Stephen's first wife Irene is buried in the same cemetery.

RE: Daniel Guild's son
Thank you for your reply. Do you know if Daniel's second wife Sally married Stephen Tobias after Daniel passed away? Do you know Sally's maiden name?

Daniel Guild's son
I saw there is an Albert Guild in Oak Grove Cemetery in Grand Rapids, MI. Is he is another of Daniel Guild's sons, possibly by Daniel's second wife Sally. I found a Sally A Tobias and Stephen Tobias in an 1860 Michigan census. Living with them are Albert H Guild and Marion L Guild. Both children would've been born prior to Daniel's death. I wonder if these two children are his since the birth year of 1844 of Albert in the cemetery matches the birth year of the boy in the 1860 census. I found a Marianna L Guild b. 1848, which matches the 1860 census birth year, m Charles T. Wallpoole on Sept. 29, 1875 in Paris, Kent, Michigan.
Sally Tobias died on August 17, 1871 in Paris, Kent,MI. I found this wile researching my relative Susan McIntosh Guild. However, Susan isn't my direct line, but her brother William McIntosh is.Just wondering if Sally Tobias was once married to Daniel & what was her maiden name. Just curious even though I'm not directly related, but have a McIntosh relative who married into the Guild family. Charlotte Briggs

RE: Catherine Snell Pictures

You're very welcome for the photos. I took them in connection with a request for Catherine and Lynn & Dorothy Bassett who are buried next to Catherine. I think they're all related.

You are very welcome! I could not make out the inscription above John's name but I added a note on the photo for the rest of the inscription.

RE: re: Omar Daugherty
Let me know if you would like to take over the memorial... or I can continue to do so and add to it if you find any more info. I like to let family members be in charge of memorials if they contact me.

re: Omar Daugherty
Hi there -

I have made the additions of the mother and father of Omar. Are you a relative?

Hugh Dougherty
I'm not related to this family. A friend and I shot a few photos at Mt. Carmel late last fall, and I afterward entered data on all the known burials there. Will try to get back out there soon and shoot the rest of the photos! The cemetery is in good condition, fenced, mowed, kept clean by authority of the township trustee.

Looks like William and his brother Hugh are both at Columbus City Cemetery; both changed the spelling to Daugherty, which is unfortunate, since it mixes their records with the prolific Daugherty families of the Walesboro/Wayne Twp. area, who are not related to your bunch.
