Alfred L. Bailey
Felicia, do you know if the picture that you put on Alfed Bailey's Memorial with a Family standing a front porch is Alfred and his wife and kids or Alfred his Parents and siblings?? My GG Grandmother was Catherine Bailey and was just hoping she might be one of the people standing on that porch!!!

Not real sure what you mean about no photos.... I didn't add anything like that to this memorial. We took a cemetery entrance photo and it is on the memorial.

Catherine Bailey Barrow #6845491
Felecia,
I think you have the wrong parents listed for Catherine Bailey married [12 Feb 1862-20 Oct. 1898] to George Washington Barrow. I think her parents were Isham Bailey [1812-1894] and Moriah Bishop [1815-1889]. Isham is my sister-in-law's second great grandfather making Catherine her great grand aunt. Do you have any documentation on her parentage?
{You can respond to my email at maryjane[dot]bernard@yahoo.com}
Thanks,
Mary Jane

You are welcome Felicia. While I was there, I took several of the Baileys near Roxie Ann, so I will be adding them to find a grave soon.

RE: Sarah W. Bailey
After doing a little research on her, it seems like the maiden name would Harris, with the W being her middle name, Watkins. She was married to Thomas Brownrigg Bailey and buried in the Harris family plot.

Minerva Dunn Higginbotham
Minerva was the mother of Mertice Higginbotham Roberts, Grandmother of Harold, Horace, Howard and Odessa. When My family and I came to Louisiana in 1981 they kind of adopted us. We have been close friends since. Harold "Duke" was like a brother to me. We life next to Howard's widow and son. Horace is still a good friend. I was a pallbearer at Odessa's husband funeral.

Thanks for the photo.

I added the dob.

I see you are new to FindAGrave.

For future notes like this I would suggest you send a message using the EDIT Tab (top right of the memorial page).

The first action is "Suggest a correction..."

This opens a form with the message going to the owner of the memorial and if you like a copy going to your email.

This keeps the message private and easier to process on my end since it links directly to the memorial.

I will send you a test message to you using this process on one of your memorial to see the difference.

Thanks again for the photo.
