Laura Piccole at Evergreen Cemetery
If you call the cemetery and get the location of the grave I can get a photo of it. I'm planning to be there maybe this weekend or next.

Naomi Yeakel
I went to Cedar Church Cemetery yesterday. I found 4 Yeakel's that were buried in the same area...but no Naomi. There was a concrete base there...looking like it was awaiting a stone. I have a feeling that a stone has not yet been placed. Gwyn

RE: Hoffmans & Pflugs at Evergreen
You're very welcome. It's great to fulfill requests of people searching for their roots, but finding roots that are not expected to be there is a bonus for me, especially the ones that "aren't in this cemetery." Take good care.

LOL I had a feeling I hit something. Make the pages and requests and I'll start posting. I have pictures of all of the Hoffmans too so they can get put up right away as soon as you do their pages. It was obvious they had to be related and that you'd most likely want them too.

I visited the Pflug plot today. Henry, Anna and Julia are buried there. So are Adolph and an Edith.

Are they related to a Hoffman family? There is a single monument on the plot. On one side it says Plug and on the other it says Hoffman. On the Hofman side are buried Marie C. Hoffman, Loretta R. and Albert H. Hoffman and Mary S. Hoffman.

I claimed all three Pflug requests and hope to go there this weekend. It's amazing to me (and frustrating) when I am told there is no record of "anyone by that name" being buried at a particular cemetery when the records are right there. But with this cemetery, I've learned not to accept things on the first attempt.

As I mentioned I already found one grave they had said was not there. Some weeks later while looking for another request I just happened to notice the name from about 5 rows away. I resisted the impulse to tell them it was there after all. I have to stay on their good side since I ask for so many lookups.

RE: Marie & Alfred Joho picture
You're very welcome for the photos. I'm glad you liked them. I can't take credit for the floral arrangement since it was there when I got there. I guess this means that someone visited the grave very recently and left an Easter style floral piece there.

You may certainly use them on Ancestry. com. Please use the name Robert J. Lenahan, Jr. for the accreditation. Thank you so much for that.

Henry and Anna Pflug at Evergreen Cemetery
Evergreen Cemetery tells me there is no record of anyone named Pflug buried at the cemetery. Their records (or record keepers) might not be 100% accurate though. Last summer I photographed a grave of someone I was told was not there. You might want to call them and double check.

While there, I took shots of the Joho grave and will post them shortly.

You can link from Ancestry to findagrave. Don't need to post it anymore

I did a plot shot for you, just posted it. Raymond next to the road on the right, Main stone Johnson in middle left and Sweeney behind them by the bush in the shadow

RE: Mary Hart
yes do a listing, then request, when I sort the list (or another volunteer does) they will show up together. Have to warn you VERY HOT and HUMID in NJ so I don't know when someone will get out there!

RE: Mary Hart
Is there a request for her? I work from the printed list and it helps to see both names. Just a hint, if you ever request a woman's grave do the husband also, Usually on his name is on top, gives his date of death which is usually earlier and that may matter in cemeteries where placement was by death date. Also what you put in the request notes doesn't print, and if you are asking for another surname, sibling etc, I don't see it unless I remember to write down the notes. Just trying to help you get your requests filled.
