Martha Misiewicz
HI Steve,

I found your photo of Martha Misiewicz's grave using ancestry.com. She is my grandfather's step-sister. Will you please transfer ownership of her page over to me? Her memorial number is 69309181. Also, where did you find that V is her middle initial? It isn't on the headstone. Thanks so much!

haha, my mistake. I've now uploaded it.
I've taken and uploaded so many photos today I forgot this one had 2 names.
(Feel free to do as you wish with the photos - consider them yours - if I could transfer photo ownership to you I would)

Hi there,
Yes, I'll try to get his as well.
If I can I'll try to have a look in the same section tomorrow, otherwise I may have to email the office for a location first.
I'll let you know when I have it.

My apologies
My apologies, Steve. I requested two transfer last night and sent you the wrong message!

Thank you for transferring Aunt Bev. I am so excited to be managing the whole plot now and figuring out correct dates. Even a marker is printed wrong in the plot! I never realized that could happen.

Thank you so much for finding Bev and putting her on the site.

Thank you so much
Thank you so much for the transfer. Frankly, we thought we had lost him and didn't know he was at Fairmount Even though his son and daughter-in-law chose to be buried there, for what we think are unrelated reasons. Crazy that people can lose track. That is what is so great about this tool. Thank you for helping me on the journey that I am on for my entire extended family.

Additional photo taken
I fulfilled your photo request for Armand Legault today. I took another photo of an Irene Legault, DOB 5/23/1901 - DOD 7/19/1980. She has no Memorial. If you build one for her I will be happy to upload the photo. Please advise.

You are very welcome! I am sorry there wasn't a standard headstone. I only found the funeral home one. He is right in front of his parents (a few rows).

Thank you. I agree about the new-style SAC's. There are a few glitches, but I think they're working on fixing them.

Emma Laman
You sent a message regarding the location of an Emma Laman's grave. I believe that she was my Father's Aunt on his paternal side. She was born in February of 1900 and this information is missing on her grave record. Your finding of her grave and we previously knowing that she died of consumption in 1919 is a pretty good match.
Thanks for sending the information!

RE: Frank & Anna Kolodziej
they have a daughter named Mary Jane who works at blue cross blue shield. I have a copy of anna's obit card from the funeral home. I dont know what else you want me to tell you. I have a tree on ancestry.com that has her in it and shows the links to me as family. Anna had sisters named Mary Agnes (Kusek) Balicki (my great grandma), who had my grandma Janine Balicki, a sister named Stella M (Kusek) Orlowsky, a sister named Helen who never married and a sister named Josephine R (Kusek) Wodjynski. Anna's mother died of ovarian cancer and they are all buried at mt olivet, except for Josephine.

RE: Geraldine Jacobson
Hi Steve,

I checked with the office staff today about Geraldine. Her remains are held by the cemetery in public storage and are not accessible to the public. Apparently her burial plot arrangements were never finalized. I will post a couple of my mausoleum photos showing the building where her remains are located.

RE: Geraldine Jacobson
I think that I may have written down her last name incorrectly when I checked at the office. Think I wrote it down as Jackson for some reason. Could you please provide me with her burial plot information once again, and birth/death dates. I plan on going back to Evergreen-Washelli in the next day or so, to shoot some more photo requests. Sorry for my screw-up!

RE: Photo requests at Holy Cross Cemetery Detroit MI
I actually live out of state, but I come back to MI every summer. My great grandparents are buried in Section J, and I plan to visit them sometime in the summer. While I am there I would like to fulfil some photo requests also, because there are so many. That;s why I sent out the messages so I won't have to call the Our Lay of Hope Office with so many names. I'm sorry for your troubles in the past, yesterday I was also getting plot locations for photo requests at Mt. Olivet, and a lady transferred all of her memorials of which I made the corrections on to me thinking I was a relative.
