RE: Jordan cemetery
I am looking at mapquest and I see a Center Bend RD that becomes Keithtown Rd as it enters Noble county. Do you know the address of the farm the cemetery is suppose to be behind?

Jordan cemetery
My name is John Hock and I am seeking the location of Jordan cemetery. I am the descendant of Conrad Harmon who is buried in Jordan cemetery. My grandfather fought in the Revolutionary War. I cannot find it on any map of Noble county so I am assuming it is a very small cemetery. Any help you can provide is appreciated.

You may want to double check. There is NO Woodlawn Cemetery in Xenia, Greene County, Ohio. Woodlawn is in Bowersville, Greene County, Ohio. Woodland Cemetery is in Xenia, Greene County, Ohio. This happens a lot. Happy Hunting! Kay

The Taylor's @ Calvary Cemetery
Hello again,

Forgot one part.

I am not related to the Taylor's.

Just visited there on morning and took over 800 photos, row by row.

I saw that you posted a photo of a headstone from Jordan Cemetery in Noble Co., OH. I am trying to help someone locate this cemetery, but I am in Indiana. Can you give me a precise location for this cemetery? Thanks

Thanks once more! I appreciate you taking the time to find, scan and add Jeanne George Franchville's tombstone photo to Find a Grave. It will also be a nice addition to my daughter-in-laws family tree. Take care!

You did not say how you are related to the Mustards? I normally only transfer for direct relationship. You really should include something in your request something besides "I was wondering if I could have control". I photographed a good portion of this cemetery and am in the process of posting the photographs.

Who was your uncle? I will be more than happy to help. My brother and I are trying ourselves to put the pieces of this together. Our fathers raised us so we don't know a lot about this side of the family. Our mother Loraines youngest daughter Esther also known as GiGi passed away 2 years ago and her ashes were to be placed with Grandma. If you would like you can email me directly at

I am Loraines granddaughter. I have also contacted the funeral home that handled her funeral arrangements to see if they knew of where placement in the cemetary and they told me that she is not listed on their records as Napper. The funeral home has her listed as Loraine Kirkpatrick.

I saw that you had Loraine Lucille Middleton Napper listed in the Warnock Cemetery. I was just wondering if you knew where her headstone would be located or if there is even one. If there is no headstone then maybe you could tell me an approximate location of this grave. I have walked laps and can not find it. I do know that she is there but none of my family can seem to remember where her grave would be.

Anthony Franchville
Thanks for the note about linking Jeanne George's parents to her. I didn't realize her parents were buried there, so this helped me with my tree. I also saw the picture of Anthony. Would it be okay if I used this picture in my daughter-in-law's family tree. It's a private tree I created for family members only. I would give you and Find a Grave credit for the photo. Her maiden name is Franchville. I assume you are tied to the Georges. If you also have a picture of Jeanne, could I use it as well? Thanks for your help on this tree!

I do not just turn over control of memorials unless they are in a direct line of decent to the person making the request. I would be glad to update any information you have about Elizabeth.
