RE: Proehl family
Hi,
I added what I could find from Ancestry.com. I believe that her father Albert and your William Herman were brothers, sons of Jacob and Marie Proehl, so I think they are her uncle and aunt. Becky

Jennifer Thompson
William Herman Proehl
Hi Beverly,
My name is Jennifer Thompson. It appears that you and I are related. Herman Proehl is my great-great grandpa. My line of detention is Ernest, to Valeda Proehl Miller, Vickie Miller and then myself.

I see that Herman was your great grandpa and I was just wondering which of the 12 children you descend from? I don't know much about this side of my family and am really enjoying seeing all the pictures you have posted and learning about my great-great grandparents.

I have been talking with my mom and other family members to try to get additional information to post as well.

Thank you for all that you are doing I am excited to learn more about our family.

Urban
Beverly,
Hi :) Just wanted to let you know that I tried to find John Urban grave today. There is not a listing for him. This cemetery has no stones that are that old. The earliest interments are probably in the late 40's or early 50's. You might try some other Catholic cemeteries in Logan County. Hope this helps:)

Hi Beverly, I think I found all your photo requests plus a few. I was hoping for a sunny day but it was pretty overcast. Calling for snow next week so I figured I better not wait.
All the best, Debra

RE: Bessie Hicks
Sorry I have overlooked this message. I know very little of Aunt Bessie family. Her children were quite a bit older than me. If I make contact through ancestry.com I will keep you in mind. Thanks for putting the links to George and Ollie Miller. I have tried to link their children as I find them, but do not have time to maintain the memorial right now.

Yeakley
Bev, I just now found the note you left on Quaker Knob Cemetery. I went there and of course found exactly what you did but...you have to go thru all the Monthly Meeting Books to find out who died that paticular month. I spent 2 weeks and when I had to leave, I live in Arizona, I paid a person there to follow up what I had not gotten to. There are also seperate records that they had for people moving in and out of the church. Recorded births too. It was a lovely place and too bad the Quaker people there do not do more for it but I think they no longer bury in it.

Stansberry and Jones
I see in your profile that your husband has Stanberry and Jones in his family. I also have Jones in my family and Stansberry. My Great Great Grandparents were from Arkansas and Kansas, then moved into Oklahoma and eventually Texas. Please contact me via my e-mail so we can see if we have ancestors in common :) cajunsearcher2011@yahoocom

Frances Allen Titsworth
RE: Titsworth family
No, I don't recognize these names, but I bet they do all connect way back to the same Titsworth. Our bunch lived Arkansas and Texas. My husband is from Crawford County, Arkansas and they go back to a Titsworth named William Peyton Titsworth who was born about 1823. Happy hunting though. I did have a lady tell me once that if the name had two "t's" that it meant they fought on the North for the Civil War and one "t" meant they were for the South. Or Visa Versa. Nice talking to you though.

Mary Yeakley
Beverly,

I went through the cemetery twice looking for Mary even though the cemetery records in the Americus Library does not list a Mary. I have a pic for William if you want it. Also the Flint Hill Genealogical Society have photographed and transcribed Fruitland as well. They have no listing for Mary Yeakley in Fruitland. I'm sorry. Cheryl Henry
