Hi Curtis - It appears you have created a duplicate memorial for Mr Zantzinger which should probably be removed.
Thank you!

Greenville Jewish Cemetary
RE: Lillian Rosenthal Foote

Is this actually Lillian Rosenstock Foote, daughter of Morris Rosenstock who is also buried here?

She was the mother of Civil War historian Shelby Foote. Interesting family, and probably an interesting life.

Drop me a line if you get a chance,

John White Bennett, 1796-1875

May I have your permission to use the picture of the tombstone of John White Bennet? I'm doing a book on St. Mary's County soldiers during the War of 1812.

need to get plot location
I am presently trying to fulfill your request for a photo of the grave at San Fernando
cemetery. I have run into a problem the office does not want to look up anymore of my request (I called to many times now) for grave location and if they know there is a headstone. if you can call the office and request the plot location and if they know of a headstone you can post it on the memorial. I will go out and take a photo. The office number is 210-432-2364

RE: Woodville-DeMarr

Thanks for all of your help. One gravestone that should be there is for James Oliver DeMarr 1892-1972, US Army, WW1, son of the original owner of the old home (father of the man's wife)

There were supposedly 125 burials in the cemetery.
The church was at the front of the property. There might not have ever been markers, who knows. I will make notations on the memorials that the graves are unmarked.

I fully understand the owner's feelings. I will see if I can make contact with another family member to see about the 2 graves with the bushes.

Thanks again for the great photos!

Thank you for transferring the memorials. I have made updates to some of the memorials after you added the most recent photos.

You have done a fantastic job and your help is sincerely appreciated!

Woodville Church Cemetery

Thanks, whatever you can do to help is appreciated. Many of the memorials in the cemetery were created by me from family information and church records. At one time, I submitted a description for the history of the property but it never got used on the cemetery page. They did note that it was Private Property, which is important to the owners.

My "cousin" and her husband reside in the old house. They have maintained the cemetery for many years and it was kind of them to give you
permission to take the photos. I will look forward to whatever photos you add as your time permits.

Thanks again,

Woodville-DeMarr Cemetery

The photos that you have added for the DeMarr
family members are very much appreciated! Were you able to photograph all of gravestones that were in the cemetery?

Thanks for your help,

Photo Req: Prudy Heugatter
I'm contacting you about the photo request you made for: Prudy Heugatter b. 1890, d. 1972
I need you to assist me in attempting to fulfill this request. I've run into a problem… There are over 38,000 interments at San Fernando Cemetery III, and it covers 130+ acres!! Without a section identification at a minimum it's useless to even try to find anyone specific.
The Archdiocese of San Antonio who manages the cemetery limits my access to requesting site information (it's all in a humongous card file, not online). They offered the first 5 for free, but want $20 for each additional 5 requests. What I would like, if you're interested or willing, is for you to contact them to get the information on this grave or others in the same cemetery that you are requesting, and to pass that information on to me so that I can search for the grave site and if possible obtain the photograph for you.
Their Contact Information:
The Office Phone is: 210-432-2364
Their Fax #: 210-432-4346
Their office hours are Mon-Fri 8:15 to 5:00
I can be reached via:

RE: Mabelle Van Wert
Thanks so much for all the pictures. I did not know that William, Arah Bell and Ann were right together. I also didn't know that Mabelle was located at Sacred Heart. Did you happen to see their other two children Mary & Charles.

Also, would you mind allow me to manage Ann & Arah Bell's memorials?

Thanks Again!
