Sorry it has taken so long to get back. I am not sure why a lot of what we find on my line is seen as MEYERS. However, from Martin H. Myers (my gg-grandfather) it has been spelled MYERS. For years, I had difficulties tracing my MYERS side because of the discrepancies. I have also been researching since the 1980s. Computers sure have improved the process of finding ancestors and also makes it much easier to connect to our "living" relatives as well. God Bless and have a great day!

Mr. Myers, I have transfered Alexander & Alvernia Witherup's memorials to your care. Sorry about the mispelled name but the Greenhill cemetery inscriptions is where I got my info. & they have it spelled as I posted it.

|Iowa Girl||Myers Family|
My Myers lineage is:
John and Lydia (Smith) Myers
their son: Martin H Myers m. Emma R Reynolds
their son: Wayne M Myers m. Mary P. Barnes
their son (my grandfather): Edwin L. Myers
m. Wilma M. Ekstrand
Ed & Wilma's youngest son is my dad. Grandpa Martin died in August 1900 in Wallace, NE of an apparent suicide (however, many believe he was actually murdered).
Are you also a direct descendant of John & Lydia?
Just another curious researcher looking for more roots.... :)

You're absolutely right, Bruce, and I have changed it. Thanks for the heads up! I should have mentioned before that I'll be happy to transfer if you would like. I am not related, just interested in the families in that area who were "neighbors" of my own ancestors.

|Mary Clarkson Turek||Winthrop Family|
Very happy to transfer the Winthrop family, I went ahead and transferred all of the Wintrop's that were in the Godfrey (Hunnewell) Cemetery. If you don't want all of them I guess you can transfer them back. :-) I would say they were all related.
My late husbands' 10th great-grandfather was a Winthrop I believe from Mass. So you may have been related to my husband.
Good luck on your search

I'm sorry I posted a picture but it was the wrong John Cusick. The picture I posted died in 1913. I am photographing headstones in St. Mary Cemetery and there are Cusicks's in Section O but I have not seen a stone with his name on it. I have a few more rows to photograph and when the weather gets better I will return. You may want to put another photo request out there. Aain I'm sorry.
