RE: Thankyou!
You're very welcome, Susan. I looked for Robert as well, but didn't find a marker. (It's possible it's there but overgrown. Now that spring is finally here, the cemetery will no doubt be doing some trimming and tidying.)

RE: Thankyou!
Susan, you are welcome...Happy that I could find the grave for you! The road in the graveyard was washed out from the snow melting. We were able to walk in. I took another photo of the headstone and the view from that point. Was not sure that Find A Grave would allow it.

You certainly are very welcome. This is the information from burial
records and I will redo these at a better time with the mirror. They
were taken at 3:30pm and that is not a good time for photographing
old stones

Singerline
Hello Susan... I just fulfilled your photo request for Benjamin Singerline, and noticed that you asked to be informed about any other Singerline burials at this cemetery. Benjamin was buried with his wife, Lillian, and his sons, Andrew & Bernard. Though, Benjamin's and Lillian's names were never inscribed on the marker. Other Singerline burials at this cemetery are: Rita Singerline (d. 1997), SB Singerline (d. 1961), and three infants who died in 1957 & 1959. If you are interested in any of those burials, let me know and I will be happy to try to photograph those markers as well. Have a good weekend! Michael

No problem. I'll wait until Spring when we can actually see the grave markers.

It is still winter here and the snow is several feet deep. The cemetery is closed until Spring. I'll get a picture when it reopens in the Spring and post it.

There is no doubt her stone says Millie. Indexes like transcripts are often full of errors. I always go with what the marker says.

Hello Susan:

Hope you are doing fine. It's been a long time.

I see the problem. I see by my files I have a obit. list and the last 10 years they lived in Owosso, MI. I see if I can find the obit. It appears they are buried in Oak Grove Cem. I will made any corrections that is needed.

Thanks for letting me know of this problem.

Grants in Trusdell
Since I have additional info for Grants in Trusdell, let me reenter ALL the Grants in Trusdell Cemetery. If you have any objections, just let me know. I have info for a few others there, too. Neal

Ellsworth headstones
Tonight I added photos of the headstone for Virgil Garland Ellsworth and Frances Ellsworth. These photos were courtesy of Teafor2.com by permission (as noted). These were taken about 2000 or 2001 and consequently do not show date of death for Vivian Ellsworth. I'll try to photo the headstone in the future when I can get a location from Moore.

Grant Cemetery
Hi ! Just searched FAQ and sent an email to info@findagrave.com Only problem... all I had was my contributor # not all the Mem #s. Hope they can figure this out or communicate if they can't. I deleted the pages that I created, so there are now no duplicates.
Barring a doable solution by F.A.G., I can retransfer Alexander & John back to you and see if you can then delete them. I certainly hope Alexander and John appreciate all the attention....Neal

Undeletable
When I tried to delete, it told me to contact creator and contact Findagrave. Maybe in FAQs ? If you can't find how to contact F.A.G., let me know. Neal

Grants
I've recreated Alexander and father, John Grant in new Trusdell Cemetery and also "nabbed" Jean (Thompson) Grant, Alexander's wife, so you need not enter these 3 in Trusdell I promise this is my last message for a while. :>) Contact if needed.

RE: Grant Cemetery
I've created Trusdell Cemetery in Town of Stamford. When I tried to transfer Alexander Grant Jr., FindA said I had to ask your permission as creator to delete. I recreated Alexander in Trusdell Cem, but do you have to delete him in "Grant Cemetery" ? Some of these procedures are baffling and the help section is way too complicated.

RE: Grant Cemetery
Hi Susan,

Trusdell Cemetery (no longer used) is not listed in FindAGrave. I'll go ahead and create it, if you haven't already. I have a feeling that Grant Cemetery is the "Old Grant Cemetery" referred to, but I have no facts.

There is also a Truesdell Cemetery in Kentucky. Almost buried my Grant people there ! Ooops.

RE: Grant Cemetery
Hi Susan,

Found my printout for Delaware Co. cemeteries from
dcnyhistory.org/rox.html

"Grant Cemetery, River Pond" does indeed have 6 names only:
Daniel, David, Donald, Donald W., Frederick & Sarah Ann Grant..

Under "Trusdell Cemetery, Town Brook Road" are about 80 names, including Alexander Jr., wife Jean (Thompson) & John Grant.

Online I've seen statements equating these two cemeteries, obviously not true.

Glad you caught this. Good job. I'll change my pages.

Neal
