Thank you very much for taking the photo of the grave of John A Showers. His wife was Elizabeth Womer Showers. So far I do not have any definite idea where she is buried. She supposedly died in 1848 in Centre Twp, Snyder Co. Hi Yvonne,
I must confess that I'm new to this " Find A Grave " site.
Richard Merill Reichert was my uncle who was a butcher and lived in Paxinos. His shop was known as " The Little Giant ".
I never knew where he was buried. The name and dates seemed to match, so I am quite sure that this is, in fact, Richard Merill Reichert. I doubt there would be two so close, with the same dates.
I am not certain that Richard ever
" officially " married. I see the Irma C. Reichert has the same type marker, but this Irma is not the sister, Irma G.,of Richard. I am not sure if Irma C. might be his wife. I guess I'll have to do some more research. He did live with someone in Paxinos, so they may have been married.
I am 72 and have been doing amateur geneagolgy work on my families, all of which, are in Pa.
Most in early Lancaster, Lebanon, Franklin, and Cumberland Counties. Some Mark's relocated to Center County.
My mother's side is Smith from Carlisle, and it's a real challange to do that line.
