No record of this death in 1958, Oregon or California, and no one at Smith River Pioneer Cemetery by their records.
Was this posting just an estimate, or is there a source I am missing?

|Joseph StCloud IRWIN||Elmwood Cemetery|
This is not a active cemetery if fact it
would be hard to find just where it use to
be located. It is about a 10 acre pasture
with waist high grass that the Sebastian
County may cut once a year. At that time you
might find 3 or 4 stones that you can not
read. In addition no one has been buried
there since 1928. It was the County pauper's
grave yard. At one time over the years, the
Sebastian County had a list of some 500
names of people buried there but no plot
where they were buried or very few head
stones as most could not pay for a funeral.
You might even find a family name but not
where they are buried. There are no sighs

I just received the notification that a picture was taken of my Grandfathers grave marker.
I have been trying so desperately to find information on him. I never really got to meet him so only knew him through my dad. When I saw the picture it brought tears to my eyes. Somehow it made him a little more real.
So I thank you from the bottom of my heart. You must really be such a great person to do this for people. It is such a small thing one would think , but no, it is not, it is a really big thing. Thank you so much. If there is ever anything I can help you with in Phoenix, please do not hesitate to ask me.

Thank you so much for the pictures of Jesse McComb's grave. He was my grandmother's stepfather but she considered him "pa" as her biological father died when she was two and Jesse was the only father figure she knew. He was very good to her. Incidentally, my grandmother is still alive at 102 1/2! She still talks about "Pa".

|Charlotte Covey||Your photo request for Tiny Ann Moore|
I walked the entire Rose cemetery looking for Tiny Ann Moore (101486352). The closest thing I could find was a stone for Thresa Etola Moore born Jun 17, 1938 and died Sep 27, 1938. I have
the photo, but I hesitated to put it on your memorial because of the name difference.
Please let me know what you think.

You've already augmented this memorial SO well! I'm glad you kept the other references (especially the G/B Cem rec) so others know the connection. Best Regards, A.

I was just looking at his memorial when you added a photo of his marker. This dear little boy drowned near the falls on the Willamette river by the paper mill in Oregon City. He was waiting for his father with his little red wagon, to get off of work. It was a tragic accident. Thank you for honoring him.

Hi Cynthia. I am following up on your photo request for Hezekiah Nanna. I think he is my Hezekiah as well. I have been searching for him for awhile, do you know for certain that he is in Asbury? Where is his wife Margaret? Just curious. If he is there, I will get a pic for you. I am in Ohio as well. Thanks! Dawn

|Ruth Smith||Ada Jo Nanna|
Hey - me again. I just remembered why I added Ada Jo and her husband to Cape County Memorial park. I was out taking picture requests one day and found them. Ada Jo Nanna used to go to Red Star Baptist here in Cape Girardeau and so did we (back in the 1960's) I remembered her as being a sweet person so just took the pics and added them. R

Just want to let you know that I was at the cemetery on August 31 and couldn't find a headstone for him. I contacted the person and let her know maybe you will find it. He is buried Section 4, Lot 101, Space 9. I even got a map from the cemetery. I didn't think to ask them if they knew if there was a headstone. Lisa

members are buried at the Rose Cemetery rather than the Elm Grove. I took pics of all at Elm Grove, then went to the Rose and there they were. I will get posted within the next few days. I'll send a more definite email so you know which ones to either move, or I can create them in the Rose Cem for you. Shelley Blackwell Meeker

|Shel||RE: John (Bob) KIRK|
I'm not related, though My sister was married to a Kirk from Tahlequah, and my neices and nephews were his children.
I've already contacted the Chouteau City Clerks office and am trying to get an index or layout of the cemeteries there. She's not sure she can do it. She has to meet with the board on the 8th of May to see if she can. IT is public information, however, it's $1.00 a page to print and it's a lot of pages! I'll try to write down which row, etc. within the next few days!
I actually already had the picture and saw the post about it, I was so excited to fulfill it so quickly!
