RE: Brush Cemetery
Just so you know, since I was at the cemetery, I also photographed and posted pictures of the graves of Esther's husband (Platt V. Brush) & of their daughter (Susan Brush), who died at the tender age of 16 years & 3 months. The pictures are on their respective Find A Grave pages, and there are captions if you look each picture individually, including some transcription of the etchings.

I have been considering a DAR application myself. My genealogy studies over the past year convince me that I could probably link back to four or five patriots, and one of them, in particular, looks like it would not be too hard.

I'm glad I could help someone else with their application. I see your branch is in San Francisco, so I'm glad your member did not need to trek to New York to establish her line.

RE: Wainwrights Cemetery photos
I always take two photos, one of the whole monument and the other a close up to make sure the inscriptions can be read. Thomas and Francis are on the same headstone just different sides.

Hi Judy,
I sent some photos via email of Aaron's & wife's grave here in Vermont. Let me know if they don't show up in your inbox for some reason (I can be reached via the edit tab on any of my memorials).

Rich Dohm
Hollywood Cemetery
Hello Judy. You posted a few Ratcliffe photo requests at Hollywood Cemetery of Richmond VA. I noticed (they have a great look-up tool on their official website) that there are a bunch of Ratcliffe's in this cemetery. Are any others of interest to you? Seems your William was a CSA soldier, and there are 6 others in this lot, plus there's another lot full. (Just enter the name Ratcliffe HERE and you'll see.) Let me know if you want more, I'll claim them. I'm a professional photographer. Rich.
