Scharidien Cemetery
Laura Ann, I was wondering if you ever heard back from anyone regarding this cemetery here in Louisville? If not let me know and I will print out where it is and go take pics of it!I can not remember who it was you needed the headstones of, but I will look back--I think it was a Mike Crain, just off the top of my head!!!!

RE: ~Thank You ~
You are welcome. I had a hard time finding the headstone. It was not where they said it was.

Laura: I went back to Bethany today to recheck on Mr, Bailey's stone. The map of the cemetery shows that he is buried next to Mr & Mrs Goldstein (lot #151. There is a grave there, grave # 150, but does not have a stone. I can only assume that is his grave.

Should you have any more information please write me.

Wayne Walker in Louisville, Ky.

Do u need any other pictures from Bethany?

Its just a wish,

A sparkle of hope,

A flash of colour,

Sprinkled with gold glitter,

To brighten up the dull weather,

Its nothing special,

Not amazing in any way,

Just a care blown across the sea's your way,

Its love and compassion,

Maybe small but meant always,

It should not be abandoned,

Its just manners after all is said,

Yet may a smile form across your face,

As you read the message below I wish to covey...

To a loved friend by Ryan S.

To Laura Ann
To a dear friend,

I would like to thank you on behalf of myself and my family. I am touched by the amount of support and kindness shown at this hard time. I have been so touched looking through my most recent angel's tributes. I have also received messages of solace and support which have meant more than words can say. Also to those of you who have visited my other loved angels. A big hug to you all!!

I am sorry I am not visiting your angels as I still have a bug hanging onto me. I haven't been able to plan anything or get excited about my own birthday just to show how down and out of it I have been. I hope to be back to normal soon. I am better then a few days ago however as back then I couldn't have written this to you so fingers crossed I will get well soon and then I will visit ASAP. I think of you and your angels often and that is the truth. Anyway enough about me...

I just had to thank you for everything you have done. Its a very hard time for us and having support out there is like a light in a dark room. Thank you.

I leave on this note: "The Lord Bless thee, and keep thee; Numbers 6:24 (KJV)Thank you for what you have done for Us.

God Bless you and your loved ones ALWAYS.

The Selwyn Family xx

virtual cemateries
Hi Laura Ann, You can finish your virtual cemetary by going to the memorial you want in that virtual cemetary, go down on left of side of memorial and click edit virtual cemetary. The name of your cem. you made will pop up. Check off the cem. you want that memorial in. Then go to bottom and check off if you want you to just see that cemetary or everyone to see it. Then click save. You can add yours or anyone elses on here to your virtual cemetaries. I just found out how to do this not to long ago myself by a friend noticeing i didnt finish mine. Hope this helps you out. Hugs, Melissa

Sending a petal to you.
Mirror mirror on the wall,
Who is the kindest person of all,
Hmm said the mirror thinking,
No one,
There is no power greater than that of many kind hearts together,
They can comfort the sadest emotions and chase away dispare.

Patrica Taylor
I'll be out at the cemetery in the next day or so and will get the photo. If you don't have it, her obit follows:
Patricia K. Taylor - 1913-2002

Patricia "Pat" Keefe Taylor of Cheyenne died Thursday, Nov. 14, 2002, at Life Care Center of Cheyenne.

She was born July 10, 1913, to pioneer residents Moses Patrick and Bessie Keefe. Her father was a prominent Cheyenne contractor who was mayor from 1903 to 1904. Two of the many structures built by him are the wings of the State Capitol building and St. Mary's Cathedral.

An avid horsewoman, Patricia was the first Lady-in-Waiting at Cheyenne Frontier Days in 1931. She graduated from Cheyenne High School and attended the University of Nebraska. On Sept. 28, 1935, she married Warren J. "Zack" Taylor, who was with the FBI. After service with the FBI, the Taylors moved back to Cheyenne to manage Keefe Realty Company.

Always with a flair for drama, Patricia was active in the Cheyenne Little Theater Group and was one of the first presidents of the Little Theatre Board. Participating in Frontier Days, she was a W-Heel for 25 years. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Pioneer Press Club.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Zack; an infant sister, Mary Kathryn; two brothers, Tilton of Scottsdale, Ariz., and Dr. Quinn Keefe of Cheyenne. Patricia is survived by her sister-in-law Maxine W. Keefe, nephews Tim Keefe, Tom Keefe and David Rippe, allof Cheyenne and Newphews Pat Keefe of Phoenix and Micheal Keefe of Prescott, Ariz.

Surviving nieces are Kathleen Scott of Laramie and Coleen Biers of Phoenix.

Private family services will be held.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.

Hi there,
On the 1900 census it had her month and year of birth but it could be wrong. The death cert. just gives her age in years. If you find the source for 2/14 then let me know and I can change it.

Friends are there come winter and fall,
In Summer and Spring friendships never cool,
Every day the whole year through,
A true friend is there right beside you,
To lend so much more then a hand,
To be your one man marching band!
A friend is there when you need them most,
When times are hard and life morose,
Friends are there when good times arrive,
When life beam's brighter then the sun in the sky,
A friend is there your whole life through,
On a true friend you can depend and them on you.
Friendship is the best gift a person can give,
It is made up of so many small and great bits!
It comes straight from the heart with no imperfections held within it,
Friendship blesses us who treasure and keep it,
It impacts on our life on so many level's Friendship becomes impossible to describe,
It is the glue within our lives,
The best thing we can say is thank you..
Humbled in praise at friendship's good, decent and above all kind way's.
Thank you for being my friend!
I wish you only happy and peace filled day's.

Wanted to share with my friends.

Parting Message...

Holding me you shed a tear,
Letting me go is harder then you ever thought it could be...
Letting me go you rush away,
The tears fall from your face,
Into the white tissues you held in your hand,

I awake in a new and wondrous place,

I am so happy,

Yet I look and see you so sad,
Time goes by but your always asking why,
So I wanted to tell you in my parting message,
There just wasn't enough time,
Not while I was alive,
So I am saying it now,
Now that in the Golden Light I dwell,
My parting message:
Our love is special,
More special than anyone else can know,
Our memories of each other will always last and grow,
My heart connects straight to yours,
Even though I am gone,
Life will carry on,
I cant hold you and dry your tears,
Not the way I would like,
You must look at what I have left,
Memories, Love , Laughter and Fun,
My legacy given to you and from you to share,
Dear one, don't give up, Never give in,
I don't want to watch you grow weary and thin,
I want to see you shine, Soar as high as I,
Our parting is never meant to last,
Its just temporary our being apart,
See me dance in each butterfly,
As it glides and waves catching your eye and freezing even time,
See my love shine for you,
See it shine from the Sun, Stars and Moon,
See me in a gentle rush of air that comes from nowhere but above,
See me in the flower bursting with life and In the Bird that soars in a busy rush,

See me in so many of life's amazing moments,

So you know I still care,
That's the only way that right now I can share,

My huge amount of love for you,
Through the beautiful gifts of god we all knew,
The ones we used to enjoy when I was down there,
So turn your head and do what I ask,
Think of beautiful memories of me,
Of the best times we had,
Keep them in your mind and next time you think of me,
A smile will cross your face and that will make me happy,
Dont forget I am still here,
Just in a better place,
You don't think I would let a little thing like death stop me?!

From keeping you safe,
I will be waiting here,

Happy dwelling in my eternal heavenly place,

Until one day you will join me and complete my happy place,
Until then take my parting message and BE FREE!
That will make me happy

Because our love in the first place was a gift from god,

Don't forget that now were apart.
