Thank you for the excellent, clear photo of Rudolph Gibson at Fellowship. I meant for his wife to be included also but have just now placed a photo request for her in case you go back. Thank you for helping me!

You posted a headstone for a different Butler (Mary Jane), do you have one for Mary Virginia Butler? She should be buried next to her parents Virginia M. Butler & Steven Hercial Butler.
Would you also please remove the headstone photo posted I am requesting a new photo.
Thank you for your volunteering service!

|Jackie||RE: Your Aunt, Georgia Thomas|
I am very thankful and overjoyed that you were able to locate Georgia's husband and took a photo of his headstone; he was not mention on her death certificate. I completed a search on the Family Search website and got a lot of information on his family including the name of his mother and father. Also, thank you for taking the time to note that Georgia is buried with her husband. I made a find a grave interment memorial for him and requested a photo of his headstone so you can get the credit for the photo.
When I talked with the cemetery manager last summer (trying to find my paternal grandmother - Georgia's mother), he told me that no consistent records exist of the burials at Oak Hill cemetery until the City of Laurel took over the cemetery about 17 years ago. He said there is a part of the cemetery that is over 100 years old and they don't have any information regarding the burials on that section.
Finally, and most important, thank you for your contributions as a Find A Grave contributor. You can be assured your contributions will be appreciated by families today, many you may never hear from, and will be appreciated by future generations. This is an important work; thank you for participating in it.

|Jackie||Welcome to Find A Grave|
Greetings from Oklahoma City
Just a short note to let you know that I am truly grateful for the headstone photos of my Aunt Georgia. I have been looking for my father's side of the family for 15 years…too many secrets have gone to the grave; so it has been exhausting trying to find them.
Thank you for taking the time out of your day to help a total stranger with my quest to pinpoint her burial location. I called them cemetery but they could not help me or didn't want to. I also called the funeral home but they could not help me and I also called her son but he is 89 years old and has Alzheimer so he could not help me. The only way I found out where she was buried was to order her death certificate. Not only is the head photo outstanding; it is priceless as I will never get to Laurel Mississippi Oak Hill Cemetery to take the photos. I know there are more of her family buried in the cemetery but don't know where and their date of death.
Again, thank you so much for fulfilling my photo request; your kindness made me very happy.
Have a good evening,

Hi, Chuck! Thank you so much for taking the time to photograph Lavada and James' headstones for me! The pictures are nice quality, too. Sometimes people upload images that are too small to see.
I appreciate your work... FindAGrave is has been so helpful with my research - especially since I am living out of state now and can't get out there to the cemeteries myself. Take care! And again, thank you....

|MyrtisJane||Ida Owens Butler|
There are two Ida butler's in this cemetery. The headstone for Ida Owens Butler (http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=64434600) that you added should be attached to Ida M Butler (http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=64435124) Ida Owens Butler must not have a headstone :(
Again thank you very much for your time in posting these photos.
