I am transferring these memorials to you.
I was happy to start them for our cemetery.
But if you have a connection to them I am happy to transfer them to you.

Sorry for the doubles, seem to be having computer problems. Anyway, thanks for trying to locate their tombstones. Love the "no headstone" picture. Great idea.

|David Goltry||John Hart|
Hello, I would believe this to be John Ernest Hart. He is buried in the same plot as Anna. I will try to locate more information to prove this information.

I hope we didn't photograph the same section of the cemetery.
I was posting pictures I took on Tuesday and noticed you just posted this one.
If you are working on photographing the cemetery...we maybe should work together so we are photographing in different sections and not duplicating ourselves.
Let me know...I am or was working in section A. I have done B. But not the mausoleum.

I saw the cemetery photo you posted for the Rusk Cemetery in Brown County, are you of any relation to this family? If so, we are cousins.

Jeannie, I'll get back to you on this later. I'm sure you have correct info and my guesses were just that! I did get some info from the Calif Death index. I'm having a real busy day! We'll 'talk' later, okay?

|B.J. Waters||Lawrence Casselman|
Hi Jeannie. According to the cemetery records, Lawrence is buried next to his first wife, Cora (I have linked them) and next to his second wife, Lucile. I created a memorial for her and linked them, too. However, it seems as though her name was not added to the headstone. I will go out today and take another look, and a photo. Bayview Steve photographed the Casselmans in this lot, however he obviously did not know that Lucile was with Lawrence. I would ask him to copy his photo and place it on Lucile's memorial, but I have tried to contact him before on another matter and he never answered. I'm going to be there today anyway, so it is no problem for me to do this.
PS - Thank you for your kind words. This whole Find A Grave project is a labor of love.

I went to Union Cemetery today to take a photo of the Bruner plot for you. I took pictures of all the stones in the Bruner family plot and have uploaded them all on Find a Grave. I think that there has been a mistake in listing Peter as Marie's husband on Find a Grave as Marie and Preston share a stone. However you probably know more than I do. I've left the memorial numbers and names for everyone below for you to review.
Dr Peter Charles Bruner # 123138924
Preston Lorraine Bruner # 125182532
Marie Louise Bonham Bruner # 123138923
Agnes Evelyn Bruner # 143771630
Angela Bruner # 133757703

I haven't been there in 20 years. I live in Chillicothe IL. Would like to go again in May. Who would I get permission from, I think the last time it was someone in Virginia IL. Met a father and son at the brick house who farmed there. Not sure if they are living any more. I have a lot of carr history from the James Carr line.

I have a feeling he is not buried in R.I. if there is a cemetery stone in another state.

|BjJ||RE: Burgen Bateman|
Found one. I will e-mail it to you and I sent it on to the member who maintains his memorial and I know she will add it. Seems he was the father of Newton Bateman, State Superintendent of Public Instruction.

|BjJ||RE: Burgen Bateman|
All folks named Bateman who died before 1941 are listed (from cemetery records), and Burgen is the only one in Block 11, 132, which is his plot number. The cemetery office would know if anyone else was in his plot with a different surname, tho, so give them a call. They are open every week day......217/789-2340.
