I don't see any spouses listed at all. I know what you mean though. I sometimes see what looks like duplicates--one may be in different colored print. Would you like me to transfer this to you?

I added the info on the marriage that you sent but the memorial just doesn't "feel right". Could you double check Arthur to make sure that all of the info is correct? I took the picture of the marker and added it when I created the memorial but I am not related to him at all. Let me know if you want the memorial transferred to you.

Hi Jeannie, I'm not Shirley (but she was the nice woman who took the photo of the headstone of Ephraim Gard for my memorial). This gentleman's correct spelling of his name was "Ephraim" and the headstone appears to be incorrect (which happens quite a bit ; ) I am using his correct name on the memorial so that family members who are searching for him can find him in the search engine. Thanks for the heads-up though!

I really don't know anything more than that.

|DeWitt||DeWitt Auto Sales|
If they are in Illinois, could be a distant cousin, or maybe no relation, the DeWitt's are a large family. I do not know of any relation that owns a auto dealer, and would not find out if they were distant cousins, or maybe find out by luck. The picture is of Franklin Clark Find A Grave #74086298, he is more distant than my DeWitt cousins. Thx, DeWitt

Thank You, my mother is a DeWitt, she gave it to me as a first name. Her brother did not have any male children. The actual photo was Franklin Clark, some nights i just don't stop. The DeWitt's in Illinois are distant cousins. My Grandparent DeWitt's are from Butler County, Fayette County, Kentucky, then i am not 100%, but then New Jersey then the Netherlands. The DeWitt's from this branch has stopped, i have one great aunt still living, she will be 104 July 4th. Are you related to the DeWitt's? Take care, DeWitt

|Ginger||RE: Robertson Cem. Cass|
Hi Jeannie, I really think there are more names to be entered for this cemetery. It has been several years since I was there - I got my information from the Cass County Historical Society in Virginia. They had a typed list of burials at this cemetery and my great grandfather was listed on one of the pages. If I remember correctly, they gave me a copy of that page so when I entered his information, I created pages for all the others on that page about the same time. I did go out to the cemetery and got lucky and found his tombstone right away but the cemetery is in such bad condition I did not try to go any farther.
About a year ago, some of the other descendants of Henry Ferguson held a family reunion in Springfield and some of them went to the cemetery but I don't think they added any additional names to this site.

|Janice Downing Knight||James F. Jaquess|
Margaret Jaquess Castle is the daughter of James F. Jaquess by his first wife, Mary Sciple. He had a son, William Garrison Jaquess, by second wife, Sarah Steele. William G. Jaquess died in 1932 in Tunica, MS. The preferred spelling for his surname is "Jaquess," but it is often spelled with a "c" or with one "s." Feel free to contact me if you want more details. I saw your post on the Jaquess Family Tree page on Facebook, by the way. I am a descendant of Jonathan and Rebekah Fraser Rankin Jaquess. Col. James is not in my direct line, but I have also researched him quite a bit. Janice Downing Knight
