I changed the cemetery. And I checked to see if that Chester buried in Montana was his dad. It is his dad. I found his dad's obituary a few minutes ago and will post it.
Chester's wife, Ina, stayed in Bozeman and took care of her mother (who had moved in with her in 1943). Her mom died a year after Chester died. Chester died 27 Dec 1956, her mom died 24 Dec 1957 (death dates per their obituaries).
When Chester died, two of his daughters lived in California. Ina later moved down to California, where she died. I cannot find an obituary nor a grave for her. She died as Ina Lurline Nertney on 9 Aug 1982 in Santa Barbara County, CA.Added by corie cook on Apr 06, 2013 2:11 PM | |

Hi there. I was just at Mount Moriah Cemetery in Butte, MT today photographing Ann's headstone. This is a dual headstone that includes her husband Robert. I saw that he is buried in Idaho?
Not sure about the confusion here but clearly something isn't correct...or he has two markers.
Anyway, Ann O. Gotland Nertney's marker is with her memorial now.

Thanks, I had not got around to fixing that ! Do you have information on where Sedate Sr. Is buried ? I have really been working on this line on Ancestry. And will add more to find a grave. Glad to meet a cousin. I had the opportunity to vist Sedate Jr Grave and Yoongstown and Lincolnville. I am moving to upper New York and plann to spend many hours there researching and exploring.
