Thank you for your kind words. I've been walking Greenwood (Byesville) and have been looking for the Walters. I did post a pic of their son Elmer's grave today. I hope to hit some of the other cemeteries in Guernsey & Noble and will keep an eye open for your request. Thanks again for the kind words! Bob

|Andre Dominguez||Henry P. Mayer Photo Request|
Requested photo was for Henry P. Mayer, but could not locate this name in the Rohrerstown cemetery. I did find Israel P. Mayer with the same Birth and Death dates. I suspect Henry is a typo. I sent a suggestion to the owner of this memorial to investigate and revise the name. From “The Lancaster Daily Intelligencer,” Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Friday, 20 October 1908, p. 2, c. 4-5, Israel P. Mayer, 59, died 30 October 1908 in Landisville, Pennsylvania. He was survived by his wife, Elizabeth Deitrich, child Anna E. Mayer, brothers John, Trinidad, California, Abraham, Indianapolis, and Christian, Lancaster, and sister, Mrs. Emma Lichty, Cordelia.

You are welcome and thank you for giving me the opportunity to photograph her gravesite. The news of the event that led to her death will always be in my memory. My father worked at the mill and it was several days before I learned that he was not involved.--Storres

You are more than welcome. Glad to do it for you. I wish everyone would at least take their photos that way so the markers can be easily found when visiting the cemetery.

|Nancy||RE: Moffitt, Chesney and & Gilliland markers|
You are very welcome. I received a request for a photo and thought I would do any of the requests for Mooresville that I could find easily. I live only 2 miles away. Mary Old of British Columbia photoed most of this cemetery a few years ago. It wouldn't be hard to make it 100% except that quite a few burials occur there every year.

|caching hound||Frank Barnes 99795023|
I have checked with the cemetery office and learned that Frank Barnes' ashes were buried with Clara Barnes d.10-25-1867 (Grandmother perhaps?). She has a headstone but Frank's name is not on it. Would you like a photo of her headstone posted on Frank's page? There are 5 other Barnes buried with headstones in the family plot. Let me know if you are interested in any of them.
