You are not confused because when Chicago closed it's lakefront cemeteries the Confederate Mound the bodies from, I think 3 cemeteries were moved. It has been quite a long time since I looked at the histories. So ther are some duplicated entries since they were reburied in another place. Hope this helps out since the cemeteries were moved becuase they didn't want to pollute ground water and turned them into parks.

Thank you so much for the pictures you have taken of the Mooney family graves! I had no idea the family plot was so large. I have added pages for the listed family members as you asked, and put up photo requests.
Thank you so very much! One of the graves in particular, Harry E. Mooney's, was a complete shock to see listed. Harry is my great-great grandfather, and I never knew that he ended up moving to Chicago as well.

You are more than welcome. It is a miracle that many graves were not destroyed when the tornado hit there recently. The roof of the church got damaged in several areas. So glad to be able to help you. I love walking the cemeteries. One of my grt aunts is buried there. It is a beautiful place and out in the country like. Whew you are way up there!!! But I'll stay down in the hot south and not take the snow you people have up there!!! Anytime I can help you just give me a holler. Be glad to again!!
