RE: Lydia Stark
I tried to locate your other family member's headstones as well, but to no avail. Do you think they are in the same cemetery?

RE: Leopold Stark/ Lydia Gross Stark
Hello

I have found the marker for Lydia Stark. It is NOT in the Pioneer Cemetery, but rather in the Steinbach Memorial Cemetery. Here is the link: http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=113662492

Regards,

B. Kehler

I added this marker for a Staerk family member today. Perhaps a relative? http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=113502328

Hi. Not wanting to sound rude, but are you sure that they are buried in the Steinbach Pioneer Cemetery? The full listings for the Steinbach Pioneer Cemetery are found here:

http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=cr&CRid=2427931

Where as the listings you have for your grandparents is seemingly indexed here:

http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=cr&CRid=2480763

We do not have two "Pioneer" cemeteries in the City. We have two additional cemeteries

1) http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=cr&CRid=2233291&CScn=steinbach&CScntry=10&

and the most recent addition

2) http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=cr&GSvcid=333581&GRid=81094860&CRid=2193938&

I would be willing to photograph, if you can confirm in which of the three cemeteries in Steinbach Manitoba .

RE: Remmet Van Mil
No worries - the headstones was under a lot of snow so was difficult to find the first time. His headstone is very nice and not damaged in any way. Glad I was able to help.

Take care - Linda

Remmett - retook headstone photo
Hi there - just a note to let you know that I retook photos of the headstone (the original ones were difficult to read because I had to remove a snow drift) - now that the lovely warm chinook winds have gotten rid of the rest of the snow the headstone is readable. I added 4 photos in total so let me know if you want me to remove any of them.

Thank you - Linda

I noticed you requested a photo for the above subject.

Photo is already listed under the above person including his Wife Edith.

Remmett VanMil headstone
Hi there -- I'll have a look again as I was right where you are describing. Perhaps it's a case of looking right at it and not seeing it. I'll have a look once this current winter storm passes and either post the picture or be in touch again.

Thank you - Linda
