Ron
Charles A. Chipp
While photographing Chipp family headstones in response to a Find-a-Grave request, I also photographed Charles A. Chipp's headstone. He is buried with his parents and siblings in the Ogden City Cemetery, Lot C-3-5. I posted photos of the father's (John Chipp), mother's (Gwenllean Reese Chipp), and several of Charles' sibling's headstones to memorials owned and maintained by another Find A Grave member. They are all linked to the father's memorial (121606113). This memorial lists the mother and the children, including 2 of Charles' sisters that died as infants. One of his sisters (Celena Ann) is buried in the same plot as Charles (C-3-5-3W). I believe it would be nice to add Charles' name to the children listed on memorial 121606113 and link your memorial so Charles can be reunited with his family. Of course, that is your decision. I suspect the owner of that memorial would be open to this suggestion. Thanks for considering my suggestion.

Bachman cemetery
I think it is possible that the cemetery for which you have created the only four memorials has previously been created as the McClellan-Bachman Cemetery.

http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=cr&GScid=2239464&CRid=2239464&pt=McCLellan-Bachman%20Family%20Cemetery&

We occasionally use findagrave at the Kingsport Archives, and since we are both contributors and somewhat familiar with cemeteries in the area, we noticed this today.

A better description of the location I am referring to would be the north-northeast corner of Hwy 93 and Lone Star Rd. since Mill Creek is called Lone Star on that side of the Hwy and Hwy 81 is not in the Sullivan Garden Area.

Below is the Google Maps reference:

McClellan Cemetery
Kingsport, TN 37660
36.472428, -82.598821

Let me know what you think or if I can help.
Kari

An 'edit' was sent with her burial location at Riverview Cemetery, Portland, OR and a request to move her there. (ot to be confused with River View Abbey.) The edit may have been sent to your email address.

Thanks

FATHER & 3 SON KILLED
I just wanted to THANK YOU for letting me know what happened to Barthomew Morrissey and his three sons. I always wondered what killed them all on the same date, thought maybe it was a house fire.

Thank you. I was tracing this family, trying to link all of the family members together after entering their burial information in Oak Wood Cemetery, Ackley, Franklin, Iowa and traced Paul to you. Hopefully, someday, someone from this family will contact one of us and confirm the information.

Linda Letterman
Auerlie Provost
Any information you may have regarding Auerlie would be most appreciated. We are unsure if her daughter is our Great Grandmother (Rose Goudreau). She married our Great Grandfather (John Patnode). We believe she married a Goudreau, then a Billings, and then Israel Patnode. Thank you

This seems to be the same person as George H. Wright (#10847604). Maybe you can ask to merge the two memorials?

W. Warder
Hubbard/Bell in Rock Creek Cemetery DC
Hi,

I am a photo volunteer.

I have created duplicate records for:

Roberta Wolcott Bell (1859 - 1885)*
Roberta Walcott Hubbard Bell (1859 - ____)*
Grace Hubbard Bell (1861 - 1948)*
Grace Blatchford Hubbard Bell (1862 - ____)*

I couldn't get your links to work so created new records for them. If you are researching this family, you might me interested that I uploaded a bunch more photos and created memorials for this family plot if you want to add bios, etc.

Surnames: Oftedal, Hubbard, Gayley, Bell, Grosvenor, Marsh, Meyers, Grossmann and Pillot

Have a great day!

T Suffern Tailer Jr.
http://www.nytimes.com/1984/03/05/obituaries/no-headline-031115.html

Sr's death in '28 essentially was the seal of death for perhaps the greatest 9 hole golf course ever designed (was done by C. B MacDonald and Seth Raynor in the 1910s and called Ocean Links; bordering Newport CC on RI)

They had an annual tournament called the Golden Mashie with the best amateur players of the day.

Mr. T. Suffern Tailer Sr. indeed died in 1928.....but was born in 1867.

However the listing is for T Suffern Tailer Jr.....who was his son; born 1912, died 1984.

RE: Ethel Whittaker # 141256061
So sorry I didn't acknowledge your obituary submission. However, with over 30,000 memorials to which I'm not related to under my care, I don't usually acknowledge any edits, I just post them. I am at times more focused on entering more memorials so relatives might find their loved ones. The obit was very interesting though and hopefully if family does find her memorial they, too, will be so happy for your edit. Thank you for adding to her memorial. Again, I apology for not getting back to you.
