I did not duplicate your memorial. Duchesne County Historical Society added the entire cemetery records, which duplicated every one that had already been added. We are simply managing their memorials. You might want to sent a request to Find A Grave and ask them to delete the duplicate. I am unable to delete this memorial because you cannot delete a memorial that has been transferred to you. Almost all of my memorials in this cemetery were transferred to me for management.

Funeral services were conducted Wednesday at 11 a.m. in Jensen Ward Chapel for Mrs. Lydia Ainge Evans, 46, of Jensen, who was killed Saturday night in a highway accident.
The local woman was killed instantly when the pickup truck in which she was a passenger rolled down an embankment ten mile east of Vernal at about 10 p.m. Her husband, Martin Alexander Evans, 49, was listed in good condition at Uintah County hospital after having his arm pinned by the door of the truck for seven hours until help arrived. His left leg also pinned beneath the cab.
Mr. Evans told investigating officer trooper R.M. Helm of Utah Highway Patrol that he was traveling south on Brush Creek Road when his lights failed. He lost control of his truck and the vehicle went of the road to the left and rolled 1 1/2 times down an embankment.
Mrs. Evans was thrown across her husband and out of the left door. Mr. Evans was thrown part way out of the truck before being pinned in the wreckage. A wrecker was required to pull the truck from him. About 5 A.M. Sunday, 7 hours after the accident, a niece of the victims Juanita Ainge passed the scene on her way home from work and noticed the wreckage she was not aware that her aunt and uncle were involved until she had called the highway patrol and returned to the scene.
Mr. Evans suffered a crushing laceration of his left arm and contusions and bruises. He told Trooper Helm that he had vainly shouted at two motorists who passed during his ordeal near the lonely dirt road between Vernal and Brush Creek.
Mrs. Lydia Ainge Evans was born in Jensen 11 Feb 1915 the daughter of thomas and Amelia Jane Yeager Ainge. She married Martin Evans 15 Jan 1931 at Vernal. Mrs. Evans is survived by her husband, her mother of Jensen, eight sons and daughters. Edward, Vernal; James, Ferrington and Asa of Jensen; Miss Lucretia Evans, Jensen; Mrs. Leon (Christella) Parrish, Rangely Colo.; Mrs. David (Lawella) Karren Artesia, Colo; Mrs. Sheldon (Nila) Clark, Vernal. Four brothers and three sisters, Leaone Ainge, Jensen; Art Ainge, Colo.; Howard Ainge, Jensen and Horace Ainge, Rialto, California; Lula Chew, Vernal; Mrs. Thebbie Moon, Jensen; and Amy Sims Vernal. Burial was in the Vernal Memorial Park Cemetery.

RE: Would like to manage my family.
Fred, I'm so sorry that I have been unresponsive to your requests on Find A Grave. I documented the Upalco cemetery 8 or 9 years ago with my grandfather and my mother. At the time I uploaded the info, I was a BYU student. Since then, I have stopped using and disabled the e-mail address that I registered with.

I just got my info updated and I should properly receive notifications now.

I believe that the last transfer you were waiting for has been completed.

Sorry again. Please let me know if I can help in any other way.

My best,

RE: sorry
I don't have an email at I am not sure were you got that email. If you make the request using findagraves "request a correction" feature on the edit tab on the page of the person you want transfered, findagrave will automatically send me the information.

RE: email problem
If you want I would transfer the memorials for your family in Upalco cemetery to you so that you could make any changes or additions you want. For me the easiest way for you to request a transfer is for you to go to the pages for your family on findagrave and ask for the memorials to be transferred by requesting a correction (using the edit tab); findagrave will automatically send me all the information I need to make the transfers.

Photo Request
Thank you for obtaining and posting the photo of the headstone for Henry Larvor Jenkins at Bluebell Cemetery. I appreciate you taking the time to do go out there and get the photo and you did a wonderful job. The photo is crystal clear and really enhances his findagrave site. I'm sure that those that come in the future will appreciate it as well.
