Sadly, the last one buried often doesn't even get a marker! Note to all: get a will and include words to the effect that nobody gets a dime or anything else UNTIL all your wishes are completed after you depart this world!...that includes markers and all the engraving...On another note - check out Carl Braatz here and leave some flowers. You'll like this one. Thanks, Fred

RE: Pipkin photos
I am indeed Lowell's great-granddaughter! The only Pipkin photo I have is a photo of two men and two women, one woman is labeled as "Grandma Pipkin". The other are labeled as Uncle Bill Replogle, Aunt Cynthia, and either Ian or Dan Replogle. Would you happen to know Grandma Pipkin's actual name? I can send the photo through e-mail. While my scanner is currently not working properly, my cell phone has a hi-res camera and I can show it to you that way, if you'd like. :)

Pipkin photos
Hello! Firstly, I'd like to thank you for uploading the photos of my great-great-great uncles, Alva and Levi Pipkin. I had never seen any photos of them before and was thrilled to see that you'd posted some. I am curious as to how you came across them. If you know where I can see more of the Pipkins, please let me know! Thank you again for the photos!

RE: Ashley Mirsepasi
You are very welcome. I'm glad I could help. I was lucky that she has a large marker, otherwise, it would have been a much more difficult search.

RE: Gayle Adams (Gerow) Anderson
Yep she was easy to find in Greenwood Cemetery but she was not in Find-a-Grave. Well now she is in both see her new memorial at Find A Grave Memorial# 151673877. Complete with two photos one showing the what you'll see if you are looking out at the cemetery and the other is the marker close up. Your welcome this was quick since I already knew the location in the cemetery because I'd just been the 8/10/15.

Now that this is in place do you want me to transfer it to you so you may add more information?

Regards, Tom

RE: Gayle Adams (Gerow) Anderson
New Find A Grave Memorial# 150472573 has been established for Gayle. I choose not to post a copy of the obituary from Greenwood Cemetery's site because I thought you might like to post it or some other set of family stories about her on the memorial.

If a marker is placed for her I may not be her to get the photo because I'll be leaving northern MI in early October. I have been happy to help you with Hira and Gayle as best as I can.

Regards, Tom Jenkins

As noted in your request for the marker for Hira Anderson I looked up Gayle Anderson in Greenwood Cemetery's records and found her information, including obituary, on file. I am headed to the cemetery today for a photo shoot and will photograph her marker if it is there. Since she died on May 26th there may not be a marker yet.

What I also noticed is there is no Find-A-Grave memorial in place for her yet. I'll be happy to set it up with as much information as I have and then transfer it to you if you would like. Please advise as to your wishes related to her memorial.

BTW she is shown to be buried next to Hira.

RE: William Franklin and Lucy Foster
I am not related...but...I am working with the cemetery board in Estancia, New Mexico, where they have family buried. A goal is to connect family member links whenever possible to aid inquiring family in their quest to locate their relatives memorials.

I will gladly accept any transfers that you would like to send to me -- Graveyard Walker (47314881)

Second Wife of Deatrick Fuhrman
Just found a marriage on Family Search, between Minerva Fuhrman and George Redinger, on 2-27-1876, in Bourbon, Kansas. I guess Redinger isn't her maiden name.

I've had a similar problem before, I think the only way to do it is for you "delete" and fill in the form that says what happened. I think it takes a little time while it goes though admin. I'm sorry.

oh dear - after I transferred them to you, I discovered that once I corrected their last name from your edits, they were already on memorials at Dawson. :-(

My pleasure. I was surprised that technique worked. It was nearly impossible to see the years by looking. Let me know if I can help further. Have a great day.

Joseph A. Fuhrman
Hi!! No, I haven't found a cert. for Emma Estella. In fact, there are several docs "missing" that should be available. I'm still trying to find more info too!! How did you find the obit. of Joseph? I found two docs last night, of some of the Children, of D/S, living with Step-Mom, Minerva Redinger Fuhrman. One was in initials. That one is the Kansas State Collection taken in 1875: The other is the 1880 FC/Kansas, which names Minerva with her maiden? name and three of the Children, Lacena, Melvina and Emma Fuhrman. In the Kansas State Collection, John Henry, Anna Augusta, Stella Lacena, Frances Melvina, and Emma Cassy, are living with Minerva. Yes, I can't find the 1900 either, but if I do, I'll let ya know. Thanks!!
