Eva Belle Yocum
Needs correction.
Memorial for her should read
EXA Belle Yocum

It was not a typo on her headstone. Her first name really was EXA.

Thank you.

Thank You So Very Much
Jerry - I want to thank you so very much for helping me with locating Joseph A Stephenson, his wife, Annie Eliza Caldwell Stephenson (unmarked grave) and one of their daughters, Mildred Stephenson. I had been to Wright City Cemetery with a cousin who shared the site with me - but I was unable to locate pictures I had taken at the time. This organization, Find A Grave.com, has been an excellent help in locating past family members. Thank you again for your dedication and assistance in helping me and the many others that count on volunteers like you! You are truly a blessing to others.

Kind regards - Linda Carr

Thank You!
Thank you for your work documenting and photographing the memorials! A lot of my family is in Warren and St. Charles counties, but I do not live in the state, so it is hard for me to do this myself. I appreciate seeing the family links being made, and a community long past come back together!

Anna Smith Turner
Hi Jerry,

Anna Smith Turner d1906 in the Warrenton City Cemetery is showing a comment on cause of death as a tumor. Can you tell me where that came from. I am not finding her death cert that would verify that.

Thanks,

Jerry,

Thank you for the addition of headstone photos to my requests. You are doing wonderful work in "adopting" Edwards Cemetery and trying to restore it.

Hi Jerry! I am happy to transfer the Oak Hill Colemans to you. And, of course, you may use my marker photos--no need to give me credit. I'm just excited when somebody finds something they've been searching for! Happy Graving, Janis

Thank you Jerry for all the hard work you are doing to connect families with their relatives and help further genealogical research. It makes me so sad when I come across overgrown cemeteries and broken headstones. It makes me so sad when I come across overgrown cemeteries and broken headstones. It's so generous of you to do something about it.
I'm really looking forward to hearing if you can find Emma's headstone. Let me know if I can ever return the favor.
Thank you,
Joan

Edwin J. Chappell
I was wondering if you knew for sure the spouse
to Florence Nicholas Chappell is Edwin J. Chappell?
It does not match my family tree. I am not saying you are wrong. I am wondering if family tree is wrong?
Mine says it is Roland Edward Chappell born Nov. 14,1889 and died March 15,1975.

Appreciate any help you can give me.
Thank You

Kathie
Mcgroaty in St. Louis
I thought I would just let you know that Calvary cemetery cant spell or transcribe well. Thus the McGrosarty ... What i have done is put it as a 'maiden name' - the mispelled name so others can find them in the cemetery search...http://archstl.org/app/cemeteries/burial_search

but that is up to you...

good luck!
