Group Burial Sec 60 Site 9742 at ANC
Hi,
The group stone is now in place for the "Naughty But Nice" crew (includes Leonard Gionet) that was lost during WWII over New Guinea and has a group cenotaph in Arlington National Cemetery. You requested photos quite awhile ago -- thank you for your patience, it take a long time for those group stones to come in.

RE: Masons
It's always nice to find the whole family. Where abouts are they? Being from New Hampshire, I travel to many cemeteries. Always willing to help a fellow graver find their family. Ruby

RE: Thanks
Just noticed this message. Sorry for the delay.

You're very welcome for the tranfers and I will transfer William and Ann's children to you. Would you send the request via the edit tab on their memorials? It makes it sooooooo much easier that way.

Thanks,
Ruby

RE: Copy Photo
Yes I can, not a problem. I read his profile that James was a Holyoke firefighter. I am also a proud firefighter in the MA Air National Guard and the Town of South Hadley, MA.

RE: Thanks
Hi!

I'm not near Keene so go ahead and request the photo using the Photo Request button on the memorial page.

There are several volunteers in that area who take marvelous photos. Just be aware it might take a while since monuments aren't always engraved right away.

Karen Gionet
Patrick and Florina Gionet
Thank you for posting the grave of my great-grandparents. Their daughter (Hortense) Eloise Gionet was my grandmother. I just discovered that her mother (Florina) was born on January 9th. My grandmother died (at my childhood home) on January 9, 1990! Again, thank for for posting/maintaining my great grandparent's grave site on here. I have never had the opportunity to see their grave in person.
Sincerely,
Karen Gionet (Saylor)

Gionet Gethsemane Cem.
I just added Prosper, Laura and Angie Gionet to the listings in Gethsemane Cemetery, Athol. Was Laura a Gionet who married a Deyo? or a Deyo who married a Gionet? Stone says one way, church listing has other.

Link to Oscar has been done. No, I do not know the story of Joseph and his wife. I'll have to see if I can find the obit. Ruby
