RE: Stephen Wharton Lee
Pam, that's really interesting. You've got information that I haven't come across. How many children did he have by the other wives? Obviously he had some with Cornelia, because here you are! I will add those names to Stephen's page and see if I can help you find information on them. Thank you for sharing. Our Lee Family was quite prolific! Capt.Thomas Lee was my 3x great grandfather. He was like the old woman in the shoe.....he had so many children....I don't know what to do!!!

RE: Stephen Wharton Lee
Pam, I don't have any record of Stephen being married to Cornelia. His was first married to Sarah Nabors when he was 19 years Old. His 2nd wife was Mary Ann Stripling when he was 26. I can't find anything about Cornelia Jenkins. If I come across anything I'll let you know.

RE: James Lynn/Linn
Pam, I can't find my first request but I will try to do a better job this time. My request is for any information, pictures etc that you may have for James Lennis Lynn/Linn that you would be willing to share with me. He is my mother's brother Also, will you please link him to his parents. Mother Daisy Annis Brooks Linn #5064922 and Father Leslie J. Linn #5064914. I have other information on James if you need or want it,

The reason for the Linn/Lynn name for James is when his mother and father divorced his mother started using their last name as Lynn. I don't believe she made any kind of legal change.

Thank you for all the work you do and have done on Find A Grave.

The e-mail of the 29th June 2014 was not returned to me as "Undeliverable" or "Blocked."

Respectfully submitted,

Link
Pam, Will you please link James Lynn #79944781 to his parents , Leslie Linn #5064914 and Daisy Cooper #5064922. James "Jim" Lynn is my Uncle and Leslie Linn and Daisy Lynn-Cooper are my Grandparents. The difference in the last name is due to Daisy changing the spelling after she and Leslie divorced.

Thank you,

You are soooo Very WELCOME.
I am glad I was able to help.
Mr. Allen actually helped me find 2 more requests that did not have plots and were literally next stone neighbors. And another 2 were about 3 rows West from him, 1 was across the platt West from him, As long as I could keep his beautiful stone in view I knew exactly where I was. so HE Helped me more then I helped you.
I am glad I was able to help.

THANK YOU
HAVE FUN
M

RE: Relatives at midway
If you are ever at midway cemetery, I am needing a photo of Amelia Jane Brodie's grave. She may be buried as a "White" Her grave is not with the rest of the family and i missed it the one day I got to go there. Her sweet son is mow my son in law and i am working on his family tree. Very Interesting Family! (Jack the Ripper was a Brodie!)

Relatives at midway
Pam, I will gladly transfer graves to you if you would like them. You are always so kind to point out data entry errors! (I call it FAT FINGER SYNDROM" couples with the fact that after 3 attempts to get my computer well,I still have letters and numbers jumping from the end of a sentence to the middle of another word. I have to constantly start over with emails and messages!

The only time I would never want to transfer is if it the grave of a direct relative, but sometimes I even transfer them.

I feel like I am just a strange person who loves to wander around old cemeteries and was lucky enough to have the time to list them...I don't "own" any of them, except my immediate family. And I have met so many nice folks like you, so if you ever want a transfer, just ask. Have a great weekend!

Keitha Jenkins Kirk
William Alexander photo
I was at Union United Methodist Church Cemetery (Wellington, AL) and just happened upon his grave; therefore, I took a picture. I wasn't really there to fulfill photos so I didn't take any chalk to be able to read the inscription. The top inscription was "Thy Will Be Done" but I have no idea what the bottom inscription reads.
His wife is on the headstone, but no death date is listed for her.
The grave is under a tree. If too hard to read, I may go out there again in June.

Duplicate listing
Hi Pam,
Hope you are doing well.
I appreciate you transferring both my parents memorial pages to me.
I have noticed that there is a duplicate listing for my father, Allen Aaron Heacock, memorial #115824256.
Would you please transfer this one to me as well? I will consolidate them together with all the information and then I'll delete the one with the least info. No idea how it happened, but it's easy to fix. ;)

Thanks!
~ Sandy

She was the daughter of:
Father: John Byrd Winnett 125943341
Mother: Ophelia Isabelle Winnett 125940483

I found them listed in another cemetery survey for Watts Union and added their names.

I am not related, and if you are, I will happily transfer her parents to you. Robin

You are so very welcome!!! I like to take a lot of pics so that others can see the writing on the stones up close, but also see what is around as well. This can sometimes helps when researching genealogy. Blessings to you and yours! :)
