David Kennedy
Ira Smithson

I checked and found Drummond and all the Smithson families are buried in Union Cemetery near windsor, So I moved the memorial over to that cemetery.

I have taken pictures of the whole cemetery, Old and New parts and found no marker for him but plenty of other Smithson family.

Have a great day

I was like Oh no what happened now. And on my side. It shows no change. And then only the note about the parents. Glad it has been taken care of.

I am not sure what you mean by declining for her spouse. He is linked. The decline was the parents. I thought we had that all fixed. Because she is also linked to her parents now????? Please let me know. You are referring to

RE: Obit for Bernard and Mae
All three kids are linked to their parents now. I avoided declining the edits. But at the same time I didn't want them just sitting there either. So I checked all cemetery records. So hopefully the obituaries are correct. Crossing my fingers on that one.

I seen the obituary. I try to add the plot numbers for the Burials in the cemeteries in Hamilton county and Marion County. SO hopefully if someone wants a headstone we can get the information for them. Now I am going back to the other kids and getting them added.

Thank you!! Very much. I just try to very as much as possible. and her parents are not in the cemetery records. Let me add her parents and the other siblings. A suggestion might be to post her parents obituaries. Thanks again for letting me know.

With regards to Memorial# 129482871 you have listed her parents as

Bernard Leslie Hersberger
(1897 - 1964)

Merium Mae Michael Hersberger
(1899 - 1979)

You have placed them as new memorials in
Oaklawn Memorial Gardens - in Hamilton County, Indiana

There are no records that show her parents are burried in the Oaklawn Cemetery. There are several people that take photos in the cemetery and there are not records that they exist in the cemetery. Please find out exactly where her parents are buried, and I'll be more than happy to link them. I do not mean to be rude or disrespectful. However, again there are no records that parents are burried in the same cemetery.

I have sent you an email with a link to the records. Hope it helps. I have checked against the memorial and it agrees. I know Don and he is a reliable researcher.

If a headstone is placed I'll be glad to photograph it if someone will make a request. When I return from time to time for more requests I'll keep an eye out for any changes.

I added the links you requested and they are showing up on the edit page but not on the main page. Apparently there is a glitch in the program. This is on Mary Huffman.

Thanks, Ann, for adding the photo to Edward Thornburg's memorial. Pictures add so much to a memorial plus shows, like his age at death.

Hi Ann - After a little research I added an excerpt from the "History of Clinton County . . ." to both Robert (#15541299) and Christina Kidd Hagler (#35055074) Turner's memorial pages, which supports your findings on his death date. Thanks for the great catch and thanks for all you do for F-A-G!!

Dilts in Grovelawn
I submitted a photo for your request for Rachel Dilts. There was another headstone for Dilts next to theirs and I took a picture of that one too if you would like it. The first names are Montrew J Dilts and Lyman K Dilts. Their dates are 1911-1983 and 1912-1970 respectively.

I've just transferred her to you.

You can see her memorial was originated by Chuck Lewis. He passed away last December and I contacted Find A Grave and volunteered to care for his memorials so people would at least get answers when requesting changes, additions or transfers.

It's very exasperating to request changes, etc. and that originator has passed away or no longer is interested in Find a Grave! It takes up to a year to get the changes, etc. made!

I know you will take care of Leah!

Thank you.....Evy
