#35360135 for Mary Alice Cummings Kale
Thank you for the information. I have made the edits. I am willing to do whatever the original contributor wants to do to solve the duplicate issue. I try my best to avoid duplicates, but every once in a while one slips past me. If FRANK would like to put his photo on the original memorial, or give permission for someone to do so, I would be happy to delete my memorial.

Stacey Ness
Paradise Cemetery
There were no Blankenship stones at all in this cemetery. I've also double-checked and found none on a transcript here:

I hope this helps narrow down your search.

RE: Violet Lucille Trueman # 87479922

I went back to the Trueman graves in Santa Barbara, and took pictures of the graves to the right of Violet.

On her immediate right is Marian C. Colburn (Find A Grave Memorial# 86795384) and next to her is Edward F. Colburn. Since they are in the same lot as Violet and Walter, perhaps they are relatives too?

Hope this helps.

Lori Humble
Adams / Woodlawn Cemetery
Hi Gretchen,

Photographed the Adams headstone today and this is what I found:

They are buried in Monument Garden, Block 88, Lot 3:

space 2: Orpha Adams
space 3: John and Clare A. Adams

The stone also mentions Everett M. Andrews (1873-1941), however there is no listing of him on the online cemetery website. There is a memorial for him so I will add a picture. Hope this helps with your research.
Have a good day!

Sarah Edick
Hi Gretchen,

I am rejecting your name edit for Sarah Edick for the following reasons:

See Find A Grave Naming Convnetions i.e., slashes are NEVER allowed in a surname field, and prior married names are not allowed in a surname field unless that was the person's legal name at the time of death, which is rarely the case.

Since the bench wasn't centered next to Walter and Violet, I checked all around for other Truemans and didn't find any.

Yes, Santa Barbara cemetery is lovely!

RE: Ralph & Anneta Ricketts Photos
You're very welcome and I'm so glad you're happy with them. I hoped the three views wouldn't be overkill. Anneta did not have a memorial page so I created one for her with some basic information. Since you have a connection to the family would you like me to transfer her to you for management? I'd be happy to do so.

RE Photo Request for Ouida Boyle 85852668
Ouida Boyle's headstone reads Ouida Plessner. It is in the correct spot (section, lot and plot in Forest Lawn) and the dates are also correct. The word "MOTHER" is between the name and the dates. I didn't want to post it until you had contacted the person who requested the photo to explain the name difference. Please let me know if they want the photo posted.

RE: Memorial #71029578 Harry Leighton Pineo
I returned to recheck this section last weekend. The markers are all flat and in the same row. I was still only able to find Leon (1901-1970); Jessie (1904-1958); Pvt Melvin Harvey; Priscilla; & Leon O, Jr.

There is certainly space between the markers where others could be buried, but I wasn't able to locate any.

Gretchen, I wish I could answer you. I can't remember where I got the information about him being buried at Greenwood. I'll change the cemetery to the one you mentioned and if you want me to transfer it to you, I'd be glad to.

Barbara Turner
RE: Eli D Arnold Headstone Photo
I was confused myself. I have two Eli D. Arnolds in the cemetery records. One born Dec 2, 1850 died July 10, 1866 (doesn't have where he is buried)
The other one is born Nov 10, 1856 died Mar 29, 1950 buried in W 1/2 of S 1/2 Lot 2, Block 31, Section F. The one I uploaded. I must have uploaded it to the wrong person. I will check. I checked the older records and I couldn't find where they buried the one in 1866.

Olive Callan
Gretchen, I have located Olive's plot but her name is not on any marker there. There are 3 markers and I will put those names on their respective memorials if there are any. The names are: Georges Houle d. 1971, Priscilla Houle d. 1992, Malcom Callan d. 1903, Mary Catherine Callan d. 1951, John Gurney d. 1940, and Martha Litchfield Gurney d. 1937. If there are no memorials and you want further dates, let me know. Pat Shearer
