Please delete the spouse of Elise Thompson, Pvt Andrew Thompson. Although he served in the war and had the same birth and death dates, he was not negro.

Esther Noll
Thanks for the info on Esther Elizabeth Bachman Noll in Glendale cemetery. In Washington. I was transferred the grave and had not had time to check the info yet. Are you family? If you have any other relatives of hers I would love for you to transfer them to me since we are relatives. Thank you for all you do.

RE: Colgans in Blair, Nebraska
For the moment, I think we will be okay because of the photos. After we have them added, and the memorials are all "shipshape" then if you would like me to transfer some I will be happy to do so.

Colgans in Blair (again)
I just accepted 4 photo requests for Colgans in Holy Cross, and hopefully that should help in your search!

Colgans in Blair, Nebraska
Thank you for your edits. My problem is that cemetery records seem to show 2 sets of Bernard and Catherine Colgans, one pair (unk, 4/9/1932) and (unk, 4/25/1932) and buried in Block 24, Lot 10, Spaces 8 & 9 and the other pair (1866-1932) and (1867-1932) buried in Block 24, Lot 11, Spaces 10 & 12 (with a Francis Michael Colgan (1896-4/22/1951) buried in Block 24, Lot 11, Space 11, between what would seem to be his parents.

It feels like duplicate entries, and since Block 24, Lot 10 has no more Colgans in it, and Thomas J (possibly Lee) (3/26/1894-12/8/1948) is also in that Lot 11 (Space 7) it may be that the Lot 11 is the winner, with birth years of 1866 and 1867 needing to be filled in for the unknowns.

I would very much like your "take" on this. Truthfully, even if you go out to Holy Cross, there is not a whole bunch of difference between Lots 10 and 11, but if Bernard and Catherine are buried next to their children, then the secretary at St. Francis Borgia may have made an error back in the 1930's when all these were entered in the first place.

RE: Susanna Dollison
Thank you for your response. I am sure the information I sent you is correct. When something displayed publicly is wrong, that bothers me a lot. I'll have to not take it so seriously, maybe!

William Perdelwitz
Thank you so much for the obituary clip on William Perdelwitz confirming which cemetary he is in. I think that clip is among my late Mother's geneology papers but they were rather disorganized when we had to pack them up. Do you know what paper and the date it was published? He was my Great Uncle Bill. My Mother became too ill to finish her work on the Perdelwitz family before she passed away.

I have her listed as Howard's wife. I have no idea why she is listed as a sibling also. It's in some sort of different type and I'm unable to do anything with it. Any suggestions

RE: Frederick Francis Ford 28461784
Thank you for checking into it. I would agree that the headstone would be the more accurate piece of information. I just wanted to clarify since I wasn't sure if you were using the headstone or documentation through the cemetery which I have found discrepancies in during some of my research. Again, thanks for checking!

Frederick Francis Ford 28461784
I was adding information for Frederick's wife, Harriet Brown and came across the 1910 Census for Peoria, Illinois, USA. This census indicates that Harriet is widowed.

The problem is that the information for Frederick here on Find A Grave indicates that he died on 11 Feb 1915.

Is there any way that you could check and see if the 1915 death date is a typo for me.

Thank you for any help you can give me on this discrepancy.

Hey thanks for the info on WWII and thanks for providing a name for the B-50 incident in Ohio. I had read the story maybe 5 years ago but never did have any crew names. I was able to cobble together the crew by searching Ohio death index and a few other sources and came up with a list. You can view by clicking here
