Louise Waugh
Mark Outram - Fitchburg
Thank you Bill for the excellent photo of my great, great, great uncle Mark Outram's headstone. It is definitely unusual and maybe in respect of his work as a stonemason. Mark was a bit of an enigma in the family tree leaving England and his past behind to start a new life in America.Other members of the family, such as my line, migrated to Australia. As a teenager (1844) he was sentenced to manslaughter for the death of his often violent and drunk father John. He only served a 2 week sentence possibly becuase of the circumstances. He married Sophia Smith in 1847 in York, England. Considering the trauma of his past and the fact that two infant sons died within 2 years it is little wonder that a new life in America would give hope for a fresh start. Mark, Sophia and children Mary Ann, Mark and Emily emigrated to Massachusetts about 1870.

Nellie Osgood
Hi

I am wondering if you could tell me your source for Nellie Osgood being buried in the Valley Cemetery. I have the cemetery lot books and I do not have her listed under her maiden name or married.

Her parents are the only residents of lot 240.

Thank you

George D Elmer
Thank you for the picture but he isn't my George Elmer. The owner of the memorial linked him with his wife and she isn't my Mother's aunt. Her name was Florence and this lady has a different name. Have a nice Holiday!

correction
Yes, you are right, 28 not 30 for Edwin Lamb.
I have the family bible pages that show his death as the 28.

A Thousand Thanks!!
Thank you so much for adding photos of Ruth Derby & Carrol Whitney's graves!! And for transferring their memorials to me. I am so grateful for all the work you have done on my ancestors' graves. I mean the other night, since you'd created memorials and taken the time & effort to link people, I was able to degeneration after generation of ancestors back into the 1600's. Amazing! *So grateful!*

Many, many thanks.

Thank you so very much for adding the gravestones!
My sister, Linda Susan Adams(under 2 years old at time of death), is buried at the Pinion grave also! Her name is not, however, on the gravestone.
