Thank you Steven for putting my Dads grave photo on this site. I was so glad to be able to see it.
Now I don't have to go to his grave to see his plot, not that I did that much anyways, but now I can visit him right here from my home.
Thank you and may God bless you and your family.

I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for submiting a picture of my Dads grave, I wasn't notified of his death so was not able to attend his memorial. What a tear filled blessing you gave me. And because of this picture I to have volunteered to submit pictures for others who can not see their familys grave sites. My father is Forrest Eugene Wilson
buried in Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery.
Thank You Again

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I checked and I think find-a-grave is against putting up just a pic without a monument.
Would you double check this and let me know.

Hi again. I didn't make myself clear: I don't have any photos to add; I would like to copy the photos that YOU took of the headstones and put them on my tree on Ancestry. Would that be okay with you? Also, I believe that Ann, who created the memorial, is a much closer relation than I.
Thanks again, Diane

Hello, Steven. Marcus Spurr (Mount Olivet Cemetery, Nashville) is a cousin of mine. May I have permission to add the photos of his headstone and his wife's to my tree on Ancestry.com? Thank you for all the good work you are doing. Regards, Diane

Steve, This is one of the oldest sections in the cemetery, Sec 6 Lot 69. There is no stone for John. I can post a pic of the lot or of this sec if you like. Let me know.

Hello! Thank you for trying to find James' grave at Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery. I did some checking, and it seems that his obituary was mistaken - according to the gravesite locator on the USDVA website, he was buried at the veterans' cemetery in Owings Mills, MD. I've sent a message to the memorial's creator, so hopefully it will be corrected soon. Thanks again for your help!

Wow! That is awesome!!! 103 is amazing!
It was my pleasure as far as the picture is concerned. Like you, I have had so many people take photos for me, I am only happy to reciprocate. I added Hazel's husband as well. Would you like me to transfer management to you?
And, perhaps you can help. I have been trying to track down my uncle's father, who served at Camp/Ft. Chaffee in 1944. Do you know of any historical groups, or associations that may have information about soldiers who served there?

Steve, so glad to help you out. In looking I see you need another one up there. Now that I know exactly how to get there, we'll stop by one of these day and pick up that photo for you. Let me know if you need anything else.

I thought it was very sad too that she had no marker. The cemetery keeper had a record of the exact location, between two family markers. Her location is quite beautiful, with a gigantic tree overlooking her, and the blue sky and sunshine of Flagstaff forever keeping her warm.
