George Lunn - Forest Lawn Glendale
I did photograph a B. Jane Lunn (1845-1930) buried next to George. Is it safe to assume this is his wife?

I will add her memorial in the next couple of days -- unless you would rather add and manage the memorial. I am not related to either Lunn - just have a passion for Forest Lawn!

Mary Hortense Dix Solis

Your establishing a memorial for Hortense helped me greatly in following her life. Thank you for your interest in documenting the people who lived before we did. I especially like the fact that you preserve obituaries when you can. They tell us so much and are not easy to access from afar.

Keep up the good work,
Raleigh in Michigan

Craig J. Dougherty
Kathryn Agnes Hamilton Quigley
Hello Stephanie,
I noticed that you entered the information for my relative at the Holy Cross Cemetery in Culver City. Thankyou so much for entering this information. I see you entered her mother's maiden name of Dougherty. Kathryn's mother was named Catherine Hamilton nee Dougherty. Catherine was my Great Great Grandfather Bryan Bernard Dougherty's sister. With your information I found her. One question was there not a gravestone? I was hoping to see if her husband or kids were buried with her. Please let me know if you can. Cheers, Craig Dougherty Chelmsford, MA

RE: Great-Grandma Dolores
If it wouldn't be any trouble, I would be honored. I have a lot of stuff and now I finally have the time to assemble it. I just finished linking her to my Grandma and Aunt Toni. Going through the pictures and in short order those will be appearing. Thanks again. Email me if there's anything related you're interested in.

K - B
Helen Arras
Thanks for pointing out that she seems to be listed in two different cemeteries. I have a cemetery record book for both Mt Vernon and Mt Calvary cemeteries and both have a Helen Arras listed with the dates given. I can tell you that we (another Find A Grave contributor & I) have found errors in both books in the past. Whether this is an error or there are two individuals with the same name who died so close together is going to take some research. Do you have any information on either or both that may help?

Linda G.
Margaret A Krisor
Whoa! Our clan has way too many Margaret Kisors! I just realized that your Anna Maggie is the same person as this Margaret A. #61613959. Dates match. Your page was entered first, but this page has the grave photo. Just before I caught the duplication, I sent the other person an edit to link her to her parents. Do you want to delete your page, or contact the other person to get the grave photo, or?????

Grave Marker - Matuskiwiz
William Matuzkiwiz was my Grandmother's father. She died in 1912. I have been trying for years to get information and I saw a copy of the Obit. I also read that Russell is part of your lineage. I have also been trying to find relatives of George and Ray Russell. I met some cousins Dean, Gail, Elaine and Diane Russell in the 60's. Are you related to any of them? Thank you- Jean

William Whyte
Goodreds in New Zealand
I see you are after a photo of Nehemia Goodreds and asked for photos of any other Goodreds that may be near.
If you try the website
you can search for death records and it will give you names. It has one name from 2012 that you don't have, but it doesn't include some of the ones that you have put in New Zealand. It doesn't tell you where they are buried though.
The Christchurch council records ( has Nehemia's occupation as Engineer.
For Andersons Bay use the website

Hope that helps with your research. I will try and get a photo of Nehemia's grave this weekend.

Cyril Frederick William Goodreds
Hello StephanieSN
I was about to chase up your request of Cyril Frederick William Goodreds at the Anderson's Bay Cemetery but can not find any reference to his Burial. There is a FANNIE LOUISA Goodreds. I hope this is of some use.
Best Wishes Garry

Katharine Lapp
I see you entered Katharine (Wood) Lapp.
Do you have any way of checking for the burial of her husband, Stuart Lefever Lapp, who died 5 Dec 1950 in Los Angeles? I would assume he is buried next to her but can't be certain.

Thank you.

Barbara Brumbaugh Sherman
Gladys Georgia Brown Elterman
Stephanie, I just want to thank you for posting the memorial for my husbands grandmother Gladys Elterman. All of the info is our family for sure. Just FYI she was born in 1891. My mother-in-law, Georgette Elterman Sherman was 5 yrs old when her mother, Gladys, died. She could not remember what mausoleum she was entombed in. I had called literally dozens of L.A. County cemeteries and could not find her. Now thanks to you, we know where her body is laid to rest and will take my nearly 90 yr old mother-in-law to see where her remains are, these 85 yrs later! You cannot know how much this will mean to her. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

RE: Rose (Becker) Smith
That is very kind of you and I appreciate it. I have several relatives at Inglewood Park Cemetery and I plan on visiting very soon to get photographs and build memorials for them. I was contacted by a relative I didn't know existed through this site. I love this site. Thanks again.
