Ruth

If you want to send individual request I will transfer. I only request you not delete the memorials after I transfer. I am in the process of documenting Boone Co. Sometimes after transfer people delete the memorial or never return to Find a Grave site and then I am not able to make changes. I have spent hours of time documenting and photographing memorials. Find A Grave policy does not require memorials be transfered on distant relatives and they also request no multiple transfers.

Hi Ruth

Find A Grave policy is direct ancestors. If they are direct can you sent individul requests for those direct desendants. Very time consuming to go back and forth looking up numbers. I will also be happy to update the information for any members.

Anna Beth was one of the sweetest of the sweet. I worked for her while in college, cleaning house, painting, mowing, gardening, etc.

Raymond Roberts
RE: Anna Philpott and Robert Wright
Hey Ruth,

You are very welcome. I enjoyed the outing and I have passed that cemetery many times. It took me about 45 minutes to find them.

Did you notice that Actually found a third one for you too?

Mary Manchester Wife of Robert Wright

Their stones were side by side facing the same direction. The daughter was to the right of Robert and the lettering faced in the opposite direction.

Happy to have helped you.

Ray

You are so very welcome! If I didn't live way over here in Indiana, I'd get out there to get the picture! Have you done a request?

RE: Samuel S. Graham
I did the whole cemetery and there were several other stones with Graham but none by that 1st name. Closest was an Elizabeth. I someone else does not find it after the snow clears I can look again or at least confirm her on the directory. Deb

RE: Our Common Genealogy
Hi again, I just recently went to Belmont Cemetery in Iroquois Co., Il and added my Oppy's and an Edwards. I hadn't been on Findagrave in a while and was excited to see that they added genealogy links. I looked on findagrave before I went and found that Nancy Edwards (Elizabeth's sister) is buried there. She was married to John Skillman Moore and several of their descendents are buried in the area too. Good you hear from you. Linda

Louise & Darrell Griffin photo requests
I see you have photo requests at Garden of Memories in Metairie. The cemetery's fairly large and there are currently 63 requests for photos. If you can call the cemetery and find out which sections your people are in, I'll be happy to try to locate the graves and take photos for you. The phone number of the cemetery office is 504- 833-3786.

No Problem, Had to make a trip over there anyway. Note that I had Jo Terry move the memorials to the other Oakwood Cemetery. There are 3 cemeteries all connected together there. They are in Oakwood Municipal Cemetery.

Thank you, you can let her know that I can go back down to retrieve the photo's. If you want to as well you can give them my email address, have them put in Oak Grove Cemetery in the subject line so that I don't delete it. Thank you Loubie

No, not a Terry directly, but ol' Adam was the daddy of all of us. You folks just seem so appreciative of the information. & I haven't forgot about Jennie Mae Currie Terry, but you may want to re-post your request.

RE: Elizabeth Webster
I put the Webster pictures up on Findagrave, put I was/am unhappy with them, due to the amount of grass that partially obscured the markers. I tried clearing each back a bit but they still don't look good. I think I was between cemetery trim jobs.... Anyway, the next time I get up that way, hopefully next week, I plan on taking my line trimmer with me, and if the markers haven't be trimmed, trim them myself, and then brush them off. And take new pictures. I will then add the main plot marker to all too. There are a number of Gibson graves right by the Webster ones, I didn't realize that she was a Gibson, so I will try to get them too.

Although I live only a couple of blocks from Eastside, I have not managed to search out Mrs. Jennie yet. I imagine I'll visit this weekend. You may want to re-post & maybe it will get done even sooner. I wanted to submit the clipping so as to keep y'all busy.

Thank you for the kind words. I get so caught up in the lives of others. Kinda like my Grandma Gussie engrossed with Search for Tomorrow a few years back.
Btw, are the Terry's related to you?

Uncles do not fall under Find-A-Grave guidelines for automatic transfers, as they are not direct relatives. However, I have nonetheless transferred the Niemyer entries over to your management.
