In order to have your request fulfilled, please call Lincoln Cemetery and ask for the exact location of the grave. They can be a little difficult about giving out this information and it may take several calls. Just keep bugging them. 301-864-5090. Post the location in the memorial page in order to have your request fulfilled. It is impossible for requests to be fulfill the request without this info because they will not give it to us. The cemetery is huge and can not be walked. Thanks

Ginger Loucks
Sylvester Jacob Loucks' ancestors

On behalf of the greater Loucks family, I want to thank you for posting info on Find A Grave!

I'm also curious to what other data you may have that might tie John George Loucks (1788-1861)to other branches of the tree found at

Sylvester Jacob Loucks

Thank for the updates/corrections on Sylvester's father Jacob.

Sheila (took picture) usually transfers any Loucks to me since she knows I'm looking for anyone with that surname.

Don't remember who provided the b/d info on Sylvester. (Our family tree only has Jacob and daughter Clara listed.) Will change place of death to Maryland per your email as well.

Finally, if Jacob is part of your direct family, will gladly transfer ownership to you.

I photographed several tombstones in St Johns Episcopal Church Cemetery several years ago and created memorials for them. I am not related and I do not know anything about this person.

Salty Antoni
St Ann's db info ( others listed also)
The database info is NOT very factual -- many of the names and dates are wrong also no updates or corrections are ever made !!
The db was an OK reference for burial locations but only as a REF !!

more McGuires
I don't know if they are related to your Walter and Mary McGuire, but I found a Louis "Jack" (1916-2003) and Mildred (1919-2004) McGuire in the same section of Parkwood Cemetery and created memorial pages for them today.

Hi Gianna,
You are welcome for the photos. Were the other McGuires (James, Margaret, John) that I found nearby your bunch also?

Parkwood Cem.
Hi Gianna,
At Parkwood, near your McGuires, are:
James R. McGuire 1911-1979
Margaret Barry McGuire 1923-2013
John Patrick McGuire 1917-1998
Are they related?

Parkwood Cem requests
Hello Gianna,
Regarding your photo requests at Parkwood Cemetery, please contact the cemetery office for locations and post the locations in the request. They typically only give locations to family. I have maps for most of that cemetery and take pics for those that post locations.

You're welcome; glad to help. I looked all over for the 3rd Kosko (Shirley?), including the section with cremated remains, and could not find it.

RE: Catherine & Lee Pennington
You're welcome.

There are a bunch of Carter headstones in that lot. I am going to create memorials and upload the photos if you want to continue connecting the dots on Catherine's line.

For future reference, Rock Creek does have online interment data which helps to locate sections/lots.

Maybe you will discover more family, too.

Have a great day!

Thank you for your photo request for TEC5 George Anton at Arlington National, and for alerting me to the fact that he should have a new stone. Yes, his stone has been replaced, and his BSM is now included on his stone. New photos are now posted on his memorial.

Thanks again!

Manuel Ferrante/Baltimore National Cemetery
Hi Gianna,
Regarding your note for Manuel Ferrante's widow at Baltimore National Cemetery, I reviewed all of the photos I took at the cemetery that day and it appears that there is a blank lot beside Manuel. Whenever I fulfill requests I check to see if there are any memorials for spouses or children and photograph them as well. I will double check on my next visit to make sure that I didn't miss Manuel's wife and send you an update.

Hello Gianna. Good catch on the dates. I've added the St. Paul's Episcopal Church burial records page and the death certificate to the memorial. I'll check with the office next week to see if they can provide any more info. Their computer records don't show a birth date or year - I got the age from the church record. His name is near the bottom on the left page.
