Hi Faith, I think she married John Calvin Ferguson b. 19 Aug 1869, d. 15Feb 1953 in Kingsville. TDC#9388, should be buried in the same cemetery. They were married between 1940 and 1953.

I went to college in Kingsville, met my wife there and our daughter was born there. The second marriage for both.

I hope this helps you.

Mt. Hebron - Bechham's
I was at this cemetery yesterday. I looked at Margaret - Mary and Robecca Beckham. No Luck.
I then went on and they were not listed.
This web site is an up to date listing of stones found in Wayne Co. Cemeteries. David and Martha walk these cemeteries and list all stones found, if no stone - then could be unmarked. These three have to be unmarked - if they are there at all. Sorry.

Viola O Cowan Stark
I assume you are a family member of her's ? I think I found her death cert where she was born 9 Mar 1870 in Missouri and died in Corpus Christi, Nueces, Texas, under the name of Viola Ferguson, Texas Death Certificate # 44614, most likely buried in Chamberlain Cemetery in Kingsville, Kleberg, TX. Info by Ruby Wright.

Let me know what you think.

Frances Cope
RE: Rachel Cornell
According to the Forest Lawn burial records Rachel Cornell is buried in the grave. But the memorial for the grave is in the name of Rae Cornell. It is my assumption they are the same person, that Rachel went as Rae.

Thanks for the trasnfer and I will be more than happy to let you know when I finish it. It will have an emphasis on military veterans in the family, as there are many. It will also cover my other family lines as well. The Beckham's, Sharp's and Trueblood's played the biggest role in helping to form our country, so they are being highlighted in the book.

I found the grave because the Genealogical Society in Carrollton walked through the cemetery a long time ago and recorded each stone in order. I found her name and noted her neighbors.

RE: Sarah Cowan Simpson
I am very sorry I just realized I made a big mistake. I accidently wrote the name down as Simmons and since I was working on the Simmons cemetery I guess I just didn't pay close attention to different spelling. Please repost your photo request. I am very sorry for the trouble I've just had too much going on and wasn't paying attention.

You are Welcome, It was my Pleasure. So true about dates and even how names are spelled. While searching my Great Grandmother I found her with her name spelled six different ways, birth date three different years.

RE: Photo for Mary E. Beckham
I will look when I return to the cemetery again, probably in two weeks. I will watch closer for the dates you mentioned.

RE: Cowan Memorial
I didn't write the names down for the other Cowans you wanted and they aren't on the requested list anymore. I did a search on here for Cowans in that cemetery and found David Sr & Jr and Henry as the only ones w/out photos. I think they are the ones. I'll go ahead and put the photos on there.

That memorial looked somewhat new, maybe in the last year or two? It didn't have a date on it, that I remember, as to when it was placed there. It really does look nice and, whoever put it there and whoever did the work, they did a very nice job!

Happy hunting and if there's anything more I can do for you in the area, let me know.

COWANS in Saint Johns Episcopal Church Cemetery, PA
I checked the entire VERY old section of the cemetery and could not find the tombstone(s) for the Cowans you are requesting. A lot of them are unreadable. There are also a LOT of old tombstones leaning up against the old stone wall surrounding the cemetery, and are unreadable and some/most are broken.
There is a very nice large memorial to the Cowans with a large plaque, with 15 names and dates, including all of the names you have requested. If you would like me to post a photo of that and mark your request "Filled", please let me know.
I'm sorry the stones aren't there or are unreadable. I know how frustrating that is to someone.

RE: L. M. Beckham
I would think his name would probably be Leonard Mack and I have changed it to that. I left the dates as I had them. I linked his parents to his memorial, but I noticed the memorial for his mother had a different spelling of her maiden name, a different birth year. This is just for your information.
