James Robert "Jim" White
Janice, I've added the information for Jim White. He isn't a relative of mine, so let me know if you would like his memorial transferred to you. I transcribed that section of the cemetery last summer, and it makes me happy when a family member finds the memorial that I set up. I see that Nathan took pictures for you....he does such a great job. Regards, Juelette Fadness

I just looked at your profile page. You live not far away so you are well aware of the weather. Oops. Way to go Nathan! :-]

Yeah, they do not water the grass at Lincoln Memorial Cemetery. They are trying to survive in our messed up economy. Right across the street from there is Willamette National Cemetery which is funded by federal tax dollars and there is no dry grass there. They water that place until it is like a swamp with water pouring down the roadways like a creek. It looks really nice though.
I'll get a pic when the grass gets green in a few weeks. :-] His stone is right next to a roadway and is in real good shape. I go there a lot. It is not like I have to make a specil trip up there. I might have to go maybe 50 feet out of my way? I don't think that will kill me or anything like that. We have had a very nice warm summer here this year with almost no rain which is a wonderful treat for us Oregonians. The weather is changing now and we have had rain several times in the past few days and are supposed to have more for the next week or so. That means the grass will start greening right back up soon.

Virginia Mae King
I updated Virginia Mae King, thank you for photographing and letting me know. As for Michael R. King I do not know if they are related. Its possible, but a death certificate would confirm that.

Thanks, Erin

Thank you very much for deleting your duplicate memorials.
Are these two your family? If so, I'd be happy to transfer. Just let me know.

Hi--thanks for the help. When I got his message, I looked at the DC and the 3 in 1937 did look like a 0. I sent him a copy and he agreed that it was the right DC. Thanks for the help! I need all the help I can get! Diana

RE: Orvis & Myra Kearney
You are very welcome. Glad I could help.
I totally agree. That is what I would do, leave both pics of Myra's stone on her page. The one with just her name will never be seen again. I believe the cemetery destroys those stone that get replaced. It is a little tid bit of history on Myra's interment history.

I got pics today for your request for Orvis Kearney. I added pics to his wife's page too since her stone was disposed of and they made a new one for both her and her husband, ok?
So, now you have a "before" and "after" pic for Myra's stone.

Linda Laurenzio
Linda Laurenzio may be the same as: Ermelinda Barberis Laurenzio who went by Linda or Lena. She was married to Maggiorno Laurenzio.

RE: your picture request
Janice, I'm guessing they are the same. I don't know how many Maggiorino's are out there? Probably none. I saw an article about their daughter, it gives the names Ermelinda and Maggiorino as her parents. And that Ermelinda Barberis (maiden name) went by Lena and Linda.

RE: your picture request
I'm not sure. I know that she went by both Lena and Linda. I will need to do some more digging.

Thanks for the response.

You posted a picture of a headstone for Wanda May Cook Wing in 2011. Find A Grave Memorial# 70538830. I am wondering if her husband Claude M. Wing is laid to rest next to her?

Thank you so much for taking the picture for Suzanne. Judging from her smile on the other picture, she would probably say, 'Gee' did you do that just for me?
