 | Raymond Blessing Hi, No it is correct. Raymond was my Uncle and I spent many wonderful hours visiting he and Aunt Margaret. Aunt Margaret was a wonderful cook. Raymond was my grandfather's brother.
Harriet "Hettie" Berger was their mother. She was married to Franklin Pierce Blessing. Harriet was raised by her Aunt Mary (Herr) and Abraham Snyder after the death of her mother, Esther Herr Berger. Raymond's daughter and I are still in touch. The house Harriet grew up in stayed in our family until Raymond's death.
Harriet was a twin, her twin brother, Daniel, Jr. went gold prospecting in the Yukon and later moved to Skagit, Washington and worked as a miner. I have a picture taken when Daniel, Jr. came back to visit his sister in Lancaster County.
Thanks for checking with me.

 | RE: Maurice & Alverta Beck - Yorkana I was wondering why you didn't mention the wife. Was going that way yesterday and thought I would take a chance. Didn't do very well for you this weekend, but right there he was just as I pulled in. I am very close to a lot of these local cemeteries, so it's easy to just take a spin through to look.Added by Sheila (Horn) Strickler on May 28, 2013 10:57 AM | |

 | Blain Union Cemetery I noticed your request for the Blain Union Cemetery in Perry County, PA. I visited on Saturday and tried to fulfill your request but could not. The reason so many stay unfulfilled in that region, I suppose, is because so many in that region have no up keep and a great deal of exposure. As such, they are nearly impossible to read at this point. I'm sorry if I was unable to fulfill your request. I am, however, trying to track down someone who may have a map of interment and would be willing to share without a fee.Added by WingNut on May 27, 2013 1:14 AM | |

 | RE: Mary Fisher Blessng - Keutz It was beautiful this morning. I could have stayed out all day. In fact, I did go to Fairview after that. They are mowing today and it is someone new this year. I don't think he cares much about what people put out for decorations. I just hope he doesn't mow down the bulbs I planted last fall that are in bud. But, now I have to get ready for work, SheilaAdded by Sheila (Horn) Strickler on Apr 10, 2013 11:20 AM | |

 | RE: Jacob & Catharine Shuman-Blain Union You are very welcome. I come from the Gutshall line with quite of few of them buried at Blain Union. There are tons of more stones there that need photographed - I just ran out of time (and chalk for the old, hard-to-read stones). Keep the legacies going!!

 | RE: Florence R. Ness - Prospect Hill Cemetery I have linked them as you requested. I also added tombstone photos, and transferred Florence to you. I am still researching my relationship to the Ness line, but understand that all Ness's are related. My g-g-grandmother was Rebecca Ness.
Basically, when I first started, I went to the cemetery and just walked around looking for the names that are part of my family tree, then took pictures and transcribed my photos into a file to upload to find-a-grave. I didn't take time to upload photos for all of them, just the ones I was sure were part of my tree.
Hope these help you.
