Thank you Jim Herman for the photo and rapid reply. Sadly but not surprising this was my old fried Mike. He and his wife Jean (Jewel) were like step parents to us when we were first term Airman stationed at Yokota AB Japan in the late 60's. I will add a photo of Mike later when I am on my computer. Now I need to look for his wife to see if she is still alive. I had thought they had moved back to Boston but it appears they stayed in the Reno area. Again Thank you. Jim, thank you for the photo! Can I get you to either upload or e-mail me the original photo of the headstone without it photoshopped into the wide angle shot of the plot area?

Thank you
Thank you, Jim, for letting me know someone changed the cemetery on one of my submissions. I changed it back to Storey County, Nevada, Silver Terrace Cemeteries as it should be. This is the only cemetery I have submissions for in Nevada. I have no idea who or why it was changed - and in error. Thanks again. Charlene

Dear Jim,

That you so much for providing a photo. I was 9 years old when my father passed away.
I am shocked beyond belief that there is no grave stone since he was a high rank USAF officer and will take steps to have one put on his grave. He was remarried at the time, and I was not allowed to travel there for his funeral.
I thank you so very much.

Best Regards,
Melissa Thompson

Thank you for the great photo! Not only is it nice to have a picture of the headstone, but I love how you overlayed the image on top of the actual location. Very cool. Thanks so much ~ Anna

RE: John H Borland
Yes I did and I stand by them. When I declined your edit it was because I had already moved John, found and linked his parents as well as added more information. I hope this clears up any misunderstanding there was.

William G. Skinner
Hi Jim,

I am trying to find information on William G Skinner buried at Angelus in Los Angeles. I believe he was married to my great great aunt. They would have been married sometime after 1870 until she died in 1881. Her name was Annie Hoskins. They had at least 2 children, possibly 3. There are 2 infant grave sites at her grave site. Plus I believe she had another daughter Ada in 1877. Ada shows up on a 1880 census with a William Skinner and a Lovina Skinner as her grandma. Ada and her mother Annie are not mentioned in the bio you have for William, do you think they are possibly the same people?? Annie was originally from Missouri then her family moved to Sonoma County in 1862. She is buried in Liberty Cemetery in Petaluma. Thanks for your help.
