William & Sarah Betts
My apologies! I see the second William is the son of Peter and nephew of the William in Northern California. The links were confusing me. Sorry for the earlier message.

I accepted all your suggestions for this couple but now I see that you have a different William Betts linked to the parents. As opposed to the couple I entered from a gravestone in Mountain View Cemetery in Oakland (Northern California) you have him buried in Orange County (Southern California). Also on the parents page you list two wives for him (Alice & Minna), neither of which is his wife Sarah who is buried with him. I think I'm going to have to remove the suggested changes unless you can explain what is happening here.

Thanks,

Larry

RE: Paul David Austin
Hi, I'm glad you appreciated the note. FYI, Paul's father William E died in 1947. He and Paul's mother Alice divorced in early 1930 just before the 1930 census. William's death record is available at the Seeking Michigan website and their divorce record is available at Ancestry.

Hi, I noticed you have Enos T And Ida (Baily) Veal as John "Bert" Veal's parents they are actually his uncle and aunt his Parents are Andrew sylvester Veal 1853 - 1893 (memorial # 69850068) the brother of Enos T Veal and his mother is Lucinda (Downs) Veal 1854-1946 (memorial # 69850075) Enos T and Andrew Veal are the sons of George Veal who is the brother of my GG grandfather Moses veal.... I have been researching my Veal Family or almost 2 years now and this is what I have found. Thank you

I've transferred her memorial to you for your care... Would you like to manage her husband William's and and son Joseph's memorials, since you're related?

You are very welcome. Thank you for getting their locations. Since I live next to the cemetery, I could go directly to the markers.

Find A Grave Correction: Kennedy Hansen
Lisa,

I guess you do know the source where I got my information for Kennedy Hansen as you used the copy of the death certificate I posted to update the information on Kennedy Hansen.

Find A Grave Correction: Ida Hansen
Lisa,

There are two cemeteries in the Gravelford area. I placed Ida Hansen in the Gravelford Cemetery that is south of the Gravelford bridge forgetting about the other one. I've placed a copy of the death certificate on the Ida interred in the Hansen Culbertson Cemetery.

RE: Mary Sweet
With what I have found in my research, Beer is it and that's what I'm going with. Maybe she married a Mr. Sparks before she married Mr. Sweet? I couldn't find very much on the family. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Happy Memorial. Rosalie

I believe her maiden name is Sparks. I am researching tonight to see if it's Beer. So far nothing for sure. On Ancestry, I found a few Tree's with Sparks. I'll keep looking. Rosalie

See website: jacksonfamilygenealogy.com for the information regarding who the mother of Mary is. It was not Angus Washburn. That has been some if the miss information regarding the mothers of Robert Jackson's children. I previously had it that way myself. My 7 x great grandfather was John who was the sister of Mary. There mother is not known. Robert was never married to Angus Washburn. He was married to a Washburn. Perhaps sister to Angus Washburn. Her first name was not known. Roberts 3rd wife was Angus unknown. She was the widow of Robert Puddington. See the site and it will help clarify the reasons of why there is no way Angus Washburn could be Mary's mother.

Hi Lisa,
Thanks for the information on Margaret Blackenbury 102356627. I have added it to her memorial, but can't make any links because I don't have the memorial numbers for her parents and husband. Do you have them?

RE: Sarah M. Coe Penn #143377481
Hi Lisa,

Yes, I have lots of information. Please cut and paste this link into your search window: http://wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=GET&db=carlrcoe&id=I2014

If you click the father at each page, it will take you back about 20 generations to the English Knight Sir John Coe (1340-1415) of Gestingthorpe, Essex.

Sarah's brother Isaac S. Coe also moved to Mansfield, OH.

Good Luck,
CRC

Miriam
Stephen Cummings #15022675
Hi, Lisa,

I did leave a transcription of Stephen's biography on his memorial. However, I used the one from the Michigan County Histories site, as the one from the USGenNet site had a number of spelling errors (including the frequent use of "too" rather than "to"; probably deliberate, to trace whether or not someone copied from their site).

Best,

Miriam J. Robbins
Spokane, Washington
