RE: Missing Pictures
I checked the sites and the pictures are there. Maybe for some reason it is taking a long time for them to come up. This happens sometimes and sometimes it's Findagrave's site having problems. Try again.

Kicklighters
Hi, Margaret and Jacob S. Kicklighter had a daughter, Mrs. George W. Zorn. Do you know her name? I have found a copy of her death certificate but can't find her first name.

Also, are you related to Paul and Jan Kicklighter from Douglas?
Thanks, MaLisa

James McLaughlin
After doing some research, I found that James Trevance McLauglin is buried in Westview Cemetery in Nashville, Berrien County Georgia not in Old City Cemetery. I have added his name and the name of his wife to the Westview Cemetery site and have also added the photos of their headstones. If you would like to have them transferred to you, let me know.

The address shown on Google is 1110 Hodges Road
Hinesville, GA 31313-6707. The church and cemetery are at the corner of Hwy 196 and John Wells rd between Hinesville Ga and Glennville GA. The address shown is on a dirt road a few hundred yards from the church.

RE: Medal
Hi there.
That is the World War I service medal. It was awarded to all service men/women that served in the military during the WWI period. And, so I put that on all WWI vet memorials. As I do for others that served for WWII, Korea and Vietnam.
Regards, Bud

Ophelia Padgett Kicklighter
Johnny,
I have transferred her to you. Now you own the memorial and can arrange the information as you desire. My memorial is essentially gone. My name will be on yours, but you can make all changes that you wish. Thanks for taking care of Ophelia.

Hey, Johnny,

Our memorials are duplicated and only a few days apart. Would you like me to transfer Nancy to you so that you can add the info I have to your memorial? You have links, I don't, so it seems practical to transfer it. Let me know. THANKS.

Hi Johnny,

Your welcome. Glad to be able to help.

I went with my daughter and granddaughters and took pictures of every stone we could find in the Sandhills. With having to put the memorial in then straightening, cropping and resizing, it has taken longer then I wanting it too. I am in the process of putting them on findagrave; however, I was called upon to help my county in identifing and surveying their graveyards which it was mandated to do by the state,so my time is more limited.

If there are any others there you would like pictures of, please let me know.

That you for all your help with findagrave. It was a sweet person like you that got me started here. He had done some of my family and other then a thank you the only way to repay the favor was paying it forward.

Take care,
Wanda

Royer/Giardin - St. Phillips
Johnny, thanks so much for taking the time to look for these gravestones. I'm saddened the Giardin stones were broken or could not be found, but am happy you were able to find Jacques Royer's stone. I appreciate your effort!

Joseph Lawton Kicklighter
He belongs in family hands.
Happy Researching, Bud
PS. I have entered 59 others with that surname. Every book I came across I would copy the info and make a memorial. Someone was looking for that surname, but I can not remember who. Such an unusual name I thought I would help. So, I will be glad to transfer to you any or all of them. BB
